I love soup!! I make it quite often in the colder months. I don't make anything fancy (chicken or vegetable soup usually) but I find soup so comforting to eat. I love adding pasta to it (especially the little star pastas.... so cute) and I find it a good way to eat veggies!!

I LOVE soups, even though we rarely have them! I love all kinds of soups....miso, tomato & basil, ramen, cream of mushroom, vegetable, clam chowder(preferably New England style), etc. We need to have soups more often.
Also, when it comes to tomato & basil at least, I like to have a side of grilled cheese sandwiches w/ it. My favorite comfort food!❤️

Soup is great but I usually gotta be in the mood, depends on the weather too!! My favorite soup is cambodian sour soup (somlor machu youn)! Asian soups are great with rice since they are nice and light rather than thick and creamy. I don't really get homemade soups lately so when I go to the store I like to get Chunky's, I really like the jazzy jambalaya and the chicken and sausage gumbo! I also tried miso soup recently and liked it so I need to get more packs.

also broccoli and cheese used to be a favorite until I accidentally spilled it in my backpack one time...

Just wanted to say that tomato & basil with grilled cheese sandwiches, is like, one of the best combinations ever. Now I'm craving it again!

I like cream of mushroom, potato, ramen, broccoli cheddar, and lentil soup 🍲 but all soup is good soup

I don't go out of my way for soup often, but I get it 100% of the time at asian styled restaurants. Preferably egg drop, but any kind of broth is nice too.

I love all kinds of soup, too many to name. I also like to eat my soups with rice unless I’m eating like pho that has noodles in it or something like that, but if it’s plain soup definitely like to eat rice with.

lately been obsessed with broccoli cheddar soup lol! its soooo good

I used to have a condensed bean and bacon soup once a week. I fancied it up with a cut up hot dog, sharp cheddar, and some green onion.

Now I'm cutting back on processed meats.

I really do love soup. Chicken noodle soup, stuffed pepper soup, and vegetable soup are my favorite!

i don't really eat soup much except for when im sick (chicken noodle soup), unless stew and gumbo count?

I can't help but laugh every time I see or hear the word "soup"(because English isn't my main language so I don't hear certain words that often, and it's the first time I see an entire discussion about soup HAHAH)

This meme is to blame:

But this version crack me up more:

Anyway, I like soup too! But it depends on the ingredients, I don't always like boiled vegetables🫠

I eat soup more in the winter unless I’m not feeling well. It’s mostly canned as I don’t have the time to cook a giant pot of homemade soup that often.

I love fall soup weather!!! Whether it’s traditional soup like homemade chicken noodle, or my favorite Tuscan tomato bisque from one of my grocery store’s deli, to taco soup, which I have perfected, and technically chicken and dumplings is not a soup, but it’s kind of a soup and I make really good chicken and dumplings and my children absolutely love it. Last year when I was going to my main grocery store where they have a little area in their deli where they test out recipes and let you try them, they had made this butternut squash soup with a base that they sell and when I tried it, I knew I needed to make it at the house. So I got everything I needed and that has become a staple for me during fall season now. I made some last week so I could eat it every day for the next week, ha ha ha!

It’s got the Butternut squash base, heavy cream, a little bit of chicken stock, small cut up chicken, corn, fresh spinach, mushrooms, yellow squash, Green onions, and crushed red pepper flake and garlic. It is DELISH!!!

Soup for us is more of a winter food.
Sometimes soup comes with your meal in a restaurant, and those are often good.

I like onion soup, potato soup, broccoli cheese soup, creamy clam chowder, probably other soups I'm not thinking of.
I do like the few different soups from Asia I've tried.

I think I'll just quote from another thread:
I enjoy instant beef ramen, clam chowder, and the occasional chicken noodle soup. I don't get a lot of chances to eat soup, so it's always a good idea for me to make the most out of it when I have the opportunity.

In addition, I like preparing instant ramen when we have good ones available, but not with my mom watching. She likes it prepared a specific way because she believes the noodles contain candle wax and it should be removed before cooking.

I like certain kinds of soup, others I'm ehhh to. For me it's definitely a sometimes food, but I do enjoy some occasionally.

LOve me a good soup, but I don't have it super often. I love clam chowder, chicken noodle soup, instant ramen (I recently got into Buldak ramen), french onion soup... I think I want soup now

Soup is a staple when my family and I are sick. But in a monthly basis, not a lot of the recipes I cook are soup based, so we don’t have it often. My family & I do love our ramen though, so we’ll have that when eating out ever so often. And I did have a soup kick one time where I loved some soups from Panera Bread, so I had more soup than usual then.
