Does it reset on the hour so you can collect more dust? I wonder if there is like you can only collect x amount of conversation dust per hour or you can only make x number of posts ans that's all you can get.

There's a cool down and the length differs between the haunts. I don't know how long the cool downs are.
If I had to guess based on my transaction log and past events probably something like

Haunt of Conversation: 2-3 per 2-3 hours
Haunt of Viewing: 1 per hour
Haunt of Acceptance: Probably no cool down
Haunt of Democracy: 1 per 24 hours
Haunt of Reaction: 2 per 6 hours?

Last conversation dust it let me get was over five hours ago.

If this is following the same dust earning times as the Camp Bell Tree version of this event we just had recently, you can earn dust by creating a thread every day (once per 24 hours).

If you have any ideas for new threads, or can think of some, it might help the effort. Adding polls also helps toward people being to earn dust from voting in polls, so if your thread idea lends itself to having a poll, add one! Don't feel pressured if it doesn't or if you can't think of one though.
