It is running right now and you currently are holding 23 Carnival Dust! It was displaying in only some of the usual areas around the forum, so you may have missed it, but I've just made a change that should expand where you can view it now.

I didn’t receive any dust for my moonlight masquerade getting accepted, if that means anything (or maybe this event just didn’t count towards dust?).

So my last "like" to get dust was at 9:56 am and I just received one right now (4:25 pm). If we round up 9:56 to 10 am and 4:25 down to 4pm, then that could mean that we get points for "likes" every 6 hrs?
