4. Please PM any concerns or issues that come up.
5. Prices are often negotiated, and both IGB and TBT are welcomed.
6. A week without response and no notice/ reason will result in a canceled order.
7. Please transfer TBT immediately after you pick up your items.
8. Please don't go around my town without asking first.
9. Please be aware of time zones. I am EST.
10. Please VM any simple messages [open gates, where to go, etc...], PM any concerns or issues.
11. Item pickup is in the fenced area below Brewster's. If you have bought a large bulk of items, trading area will be near train station.
12. Please quote one of my post on this forum with your response or like this post, as it notifies me much faster.

A: This is how!
Q: I can't pick up my items at [certain time/ day]. What do I do?
A: Notify me and I'll hold your items for you for a limited time. Minimum waiting time without notice or reason is 2 weeks.
Q: I'm new, how do I do [certain action]?
A: Please PM me and I will help you out.
Q: Do you restock items?
A: Not frequently, unless they are hybrids or tools.
Q: I want [certain item], can you get it for me?
A: Unless it is listed under my updated stocked items, I most likely can not.
Q: Can I buy a large amount of products at once?
