Mons will be automatically set to 50, yeah. If it's just levelling you need to do (but you know all the move/items etc), you can still send your team registration through and do your levelling before you play your first match, which you are supposed to organise on your own time anyways.

Hey, just finished a match a moment ago. Got two PMs from other competitors so I guess it's a matter of who responds soonest.
For those who are having trouble taking screen shots of the beginning/ending, you can take a 30 second video capture if you missed the shot (hold down screen shot button to record) Your video will capture 30 seconds prior to your clicking (not 30 seconds after). Then send me the screen shot from there! I know most of you probably don’t intend on changing your team / items but these are the rules. Please make sure you send me screen shots or your points won’t count. Thanks.
