I also think that regardless of amount of games you have hosted if they're only on TBT you should check balance through an experienced player and/or host who is not going to play. You should in general regardless. Unless it's a standardized setup.

If you are running an experimental setup you should probably have it as an open setup unless there's a very good mechanical reason for it not to be and there usually isn't. And always check your balance through someone if you are doing something experimental no matter your experience level.
I would again prefer tempbans/bans somehow though but mods dropped all support so that would only work with a 'council' of people with good reputation. I think gamethrowing to where it ends the game early should be a very long tempban (like five games) and if it happens twice that should be a permanent and we don't even need to have a council for that.
