Why can't I turn off the obnoxious and much less pleasant compared to new leaf music and keep on only sound effects? The sound of waterfall and sea is very calming but not next to that awful way too energetic for me din

Apparently, if you choose to build a two-story home in Happy Home Paradise, then remodel it, you can’t remove the second floor if you decided on a one-story house instead. How come you can add a second floor, but not remove it?
You also can’t add roommates to VIP clients.

Wait what!!! I never knew that about a second floor! I haven’t remodeled anyone to have a second floor yet but that’s really good to know…I feel like Lottie should tell you when she brings up remodeling for a second floor. I feel like it’s not as common to want to take it away as to add it, but it would be nice to have the option!
Yeah, I always pick one storey to begin with even if I plan on doing an upstairs, since it can be added but not removed

If you want to know what I was trying to about the roommates and second floor, I was planning on designing a house for both Isabelle and Digby. I came to learn that Isabelle wasn’t interested into sharing a house with someone else, so a two-story house would be too much. But I can’t remove it. My solution, just design a two-story house for Isabelle, then make a repeat house for Digby but with different colorations.

I wish I had a reason to continue playing this game. I'm not an efficient designer, and I've no idea how I'd want my island to look like. I've completed my museum, which was some of the reason I played every day.
I also wish it had a bit more... substance you know? Everything feels a little too safe, lacking villager interactions, a plethora of characters who should be here, and I wish some holidays were fleshed out a bit more.

If you have the DLC, you can go to the HHP restaurant kitchen and get one cooking recipe every day from the chef villager

Buying clothes at the tailor shop is so annoying bc you have to buy one of each type of item at a time. There should be a shopping cart so you can select everything you want in one go.

Speaking of which, five orders a day seems very strict. I’m fine with ten orders a day at max (opposed to 80 orders at once from ACNL), but not five orders a day.

I used to love sending letters but it is such a pain now. I don’t see why they can’t have an option to write another letter instead of having to go through the dialogue for each letter.

I bought a hundred turnips a week and a half ago so that I could have 10 sets of 10 spoiled turnips to place around my island for the Bug-Off. I just checked, and it turned into ONE set of spoiled turnips.
