This list is fantastic. The only question I have is, why is Roscoe in tier 4? Based on what I've seen lately, he should go in tier 3 at least.

In the faq it says I don't include prices - but it's best to look at other threads and see how much they sell their tier 1's for. However because he isn't original, he'd probably go for less. Anywhere between 75 (low low end) to 100 tbt. If you find someone who realllly wants him and there hasn't been any Marshal's selling lately, you can get a little higher than 100.

Marshal is still VERY popular, but he's no longer as infallible as he once was. He's been absent from the top spot for most of the last few months.

Surprisingly, most of my villagers a few months back were mostly Tier 5. Now a lot of them actually sit comfortably at Tier 2, like Rudy and Molly. And Rosie is in Tier 1 :3
