Basically, I want to erase EVERY SINGLE path I've laid down in my town and start over with a completely blank, grassy canvas. I tried deleting each QR code individually, but that just leaves me with white tiles where the paths used to be instead of actually removing each tile, so I would still have to "kick" every single tile individually to truly erase it, which is a total pain. Is there an easier way to erase all my QR tiles?

Maybe I can open my gate and invite a hoard of people over to help me "kick" them all away?

The only other way is building a PWP over a path (I think) or having a villager move in or you start a new character and build their tent over the paths. But destroying the PWPs or houses will leave you with ugly dirt patches.

Unfortunately placing pwps or taking them out yourself is the only way. I had to replace mine as well it really shouldn't take longer than 30 minutes but it depends

Darn. Looks like I'll just have to suck it up and set aside 30 minutes to do it myself. I wish there was a simpler way. Thanks guys!

Unfortunately, kickin' it is the only way. If you're not completely re-doing your paths (i.e., some may end up being in the same place) and are retaining the path tiles on the same character, you can just read a new QR code over the old ones and they'll be replaced, but a blank canvas will require about as much labour as if you were putting a real-life path down in a garden. Dangit.

I changed up the character I was using to hold my path tiles and ended up kicking out and re-tiling my entire town...with the same tiles. :/

You can delete your character holding the paths. They will all seize to exist once the character is gone. (unless they're on your mayor, which is a bad idea in general...)
But honestly, Kicking all of my paths > Talking to Sable for 10 days in a row again
