It’s been a while since I posted here, hasn’t it?

➣ I discovered a travel item that will save me a lot of money in the long term. It has pretty good reviews and I would use it more than enough to justify the price.
➣ I’m working overtime this week from covering a few shifts. I’m looking forward to the extra money.
➣ My favorite person hasn’t been feeling well and she’s been kind of distant the last few days. It’s messing with my anxiety. I hope I haven’t been bugging her too much. I know she’s been online but hasn’t been too chatty or affectionate. I just hope she feels better.

flight rising stuff let's gooooooo

★ mentioned in my post yesterday that I was getting things situated to have a breeding pair of dragons in FR so I could get a specific scry (color/gene combo) that I want, and today I actually made huge progress by finding two dragons that have a pretty high chance of giving me just what I want!

I found a Coatl whom I named Seraph, he's actually already trans colors so he's doin good for himself lol

and then I found an Imperial whom I named Sonya (after the character in Pokemon, I like her name hehe)

so I have that going on, they will be ready for a nest in a little over two weeks so I'm really excited for that!!


★ also to celebrate my getting closer to finally having the trans imperial bab I always wanted, I'm working on a drawing of him right now! the line art isn't done yet but it should hopefully be done tomorrow, then I can color/shade. I'm drawing it for my signature on FR and it's going very well so far!


★ also also I'm currently lowkey obsessed w this Aberration dragon I have, this breed is generally kinda scary lookin w their two heads and sharp claws and creepy wings. BUT this one, whom I affectionately named FairyFloss (bc he looks like cotton candy), became an adult yesterday and I just love him sm lol, I'm sad that ancient breed dragons can't wear apparel bc he would look fantastic holding a little rose bouquet haha

I'm happy because:

I practiced violin, & played new leaf today before work

After work I got some In-n-Out!

After work I watched some really funny YTPs as well. I'm a really mature person otherwise, but when it comes to YTP, I just can't control myself. Qwistoff YTP is among my favorites

When I played new leaf -
1. I paid off my current loan! I also asked Tom nook to give me a secret storeroom bc my storage is running out.
2. Visited Pheeb for the last time she leaves tmr. I sent her a letter with an acrostic poem made from her name and it fit perfectly in the space given. I wish I had taken a screenshot because the poem wasn't half bad either.
3. I am making progress, albeit slow progress, towards getting a reset center pwp done and fully funded!! Only 151k left to go
4. Super T&T opened and the Main Street music changed!! :000
5. My fossil collection is getting pretty robust! :3

- Watched a football game and had a chill afternoon

It’s been a great couple of days!
yesterday we found out my brother and sister-in-law are having a baby BOY!! So excited!!
also yesterday, one of my other sisters-in-law and her husband came from Virginia to visit and it was really nice getting to spend some time with them. They’ll be here again today after visiting some other local friends they have.
this was a while ago, but forgot to post it. My husband bought me the complete box set manga for Demon Slayer! SUPER PSYCHED.

Today I'm happy because:

- I slept really deeply and got to sleep in this morning.
- I spent a relaxing day at home with my husband and my dog.
- I made some progress in the games I'm currently playing.
- I finished washing all of my dog's bedding.
- I had some tasty tacos for dinner.
- I had a peanut butter brownie waffle cone for dessert. What a great flavor!
- I had a good, hot shower this evening.
- Tomorrow is a holiday so I get to chill all day again!

☾ I was able to make it through today okay without needing to take any cold medicine! I've still taken some to help me sleep tonight, but I'm happy for any bit of visible progress towards being well again.
☾ Watched the latest episode of One Piece with my family this morning, and we caught up with GeminiTay's newest Hermitcraft episode this evening! Her cherry tree turned out beautifully and I'm super hyped for when they actually release in-game. ;w;
☾ I made a few more rubber band bracelets today!
☾ Played a little ACNH!
☾ I got some flower collectibles I was looking for from @/cornimer's giveaway!!

-I applied the last coating of polyurethane to my chest and stained the shelf I cut to fit in the top. Have to let it dry and then add polyurethane to it tomorrow.

-Was able to get some exercise in after work

-Took a few vacation days off of work to do whatever I want this coming weekday. It starts tomorrow and I am looking forward to just doing whatever I want. Sleeping in (although mine is like 6-8), watching some shows/movies, playing some games, getting into some projects, writing/drawing, exercising, whatever I want to.

-Played some MarioKart and MarioParty with friends earlier this night. Haven't done that in a while and it was a lot of fun.

-I didn't have work today so I was able to go to church without worrying about getting to work on time afterwards. I could go to a restaurant right after and not have to think about work at all and that's what I did.
-I sat at home and relaxed mostly until the evening when I went out for a few hours, came back to eat a sandwich and im tired now. Feel kinda old because of that, but it's a good kind of tired.
-I also ate my fav kind of chocolate bar, which is sea salt dark chocolate with caramel inside. And vanilla milk to drink with it. It isn't that much healthy, but it made me and my taste buds feel happy.
-At church I played violin for praise music and I'm glad I was able to do so
-Played new leaf today. Did some tours and sold/donated some bugs/fish! Lots of bells. Also got my secret storage room today. Haven't checked it out but I will soon!
-Reread some good books, I haven't read a book in a while and I love to read. They are Among the Hidden and Among the Impostors (hehe, sounds like among us) in the same series both by Margaret Peterson Haddix. Kind of for a lower reading level but the story is quite gripping.
-I also was able to practice Spanish today as I listened to someone speak Spanish for a long time, listened and took notes in Spanish
-I spent some time with my almost 8 year old doggy (my profile picture). I love her so so much and gave her treats, pets, brushes, scratches and a hug

• I ate at a restaurant with my mother and sister and the food made us very full for hours!
• The skies were sunny.
• Later on in the day, the three of us went somewhere to buy some ice cream, particularly chocolate chip and cookie dough from Laura Secord. I mainly ate the latter and it tastes really delicious!
• I had a tasty dinner.
• I watched Sailor Moon R with my sister and got through a few episodes.
• I had an awesome chat with @/xSuperMario64x about various things, most notably the stuff that he's been doing over on Flight Rising and obtaining colourful dragons! What can I say, it makes me happy that Bug is comfortable sharing these things with me and you guys on here. In a way, it's kinda like the equivalent of how I keep talking about cars but yeah LOL.

• I went grocery shopping with my family and got the things we need.
• I watched some more Sailor Moon R with my sister. It's getting pretty exciting and we're getting close to finishing season 2!
• More pleasant weather! I got to see some doggos too as a result, including a border collie!
• Feel free to skip this point. Unfortunately, it's not a car that I haven't seen before, but it made me happy to see a Mazda RX-7 FD again as it's been a long time since I last spotted one in person. Admittedly, I thought it was a Chevrolet Corvette C5 at quick glance at first. It's the closed pop-up headlights that got me, okay.
• My sister, mother, and I went to a store that mainly sells stationary stuff along with a few other cute things. It brought a smile to see them!

Spoiler: Some things that I saw

I saw a bunch of scblock Animal Crossing figurines featuring a bunch of different characters! I don't remember all the names from the top of my head, but I can see: Franklin, Wilbur (or is it Orville?), Jingle, Blathers, K.K., Leif, Timmy/Tommy, Mable, Reese, Daisy Mae, Stitches, Merengue, Mira, Coco, Julia, Ankha, Marina, and Octavian. I would've been more inclined to buy a figurine if Sterling, Queenie, Celia, Agent S, or Bones was there. Why is it always the less popular villagers that get ignored? I know that every villager is loved by at least one person.

Oh, and I was pleasantly surprised to find a keychain/mini plushie of a couple of characters from Sailor Moon! It's pretty cool haha.

• I had a tasty dinner once again where I ate baked salmon with potatoes!
• Managed to start and complete an assignment for one of my college classes. It was pretty easy and just had to fill in some stuff.
• I had an idea that's been floating around in my head recently and made some stuff over on Inkscape. I'm really happy with how it turned out!
• I finally got around to starting my drawing. While I only did very rough gestures and some sketches since I haven't drawn stuff in over a month, it feels good to get some momentum going.

Happy today because earlier I was fiddling with my character on my Pokémon Violet game, and I decided to reset just the game file and not my switch and try something new. Don't worry, I haven't been able to work on my game for a little while, so I wasn't very far on it, so resetting was just fine.

So anyway, the new thing I'm trying for my games is designing my character however I want her to look. I figured she isn't gonna look like me in the little bitist way, so why not have some freedom and get creative? So now my character is actually pretty cool looking now and I love how unique she looks with her colored hair and eyes. I have to admit, it's pretty fun doing this, so I'm gonna stick with it. ^-^

♡ I finished reading Coraline! A fairly short read, but I loved the book nonetheless!

♡ Watched some more South Park, I'm on season 13 now! I think I'm getting close to the 'superhero saga' episodes (as seen with "The Coon", aka Cartman's hero / villain alter ego), so that's exciting!

♡ I'm also listening to "Blame Canada" from South Park: Bigger, Longer & Uncut. The song is so catchy and satirical and I love it even as a Canadian. I'd post the song here but there's a bit of swearing, which is also ironic when considering the whole point of the movie.

♡ Drew a sketch that I really like! I can't wait to start the final version.

♡ Had some steak, salad, and homemade poutine for dinner and it was delicious!

♡ Watched Poofesure's new video about Mario Kart Wii and it was absolutely hilarious. You know it's good when he uploads a 30-minute Wii video.

- I don't have to work today or go to martial arts and am in my Dallas Mavericks pajamas.

• Did 30 minutes on the treadmill today! Proud of myself
• Got a lot of cleaning done the past two days, been very productive, glad because I was kind of in a phase for a couple months where I wasn't very motivated
• Spending quality time with my kitties
• Been doing yoga regularly, really enjoying it, it helps my anxiety a lot
• I have been watching the Yugioh GX anime series and am really loving it
• I've finally gotten back into playing games For a few months I wasn't motivated enough to play anything, so I've been playing Pokemon Scarlet, so far I've beaten 2 gyms, 2 titans, 1 team star base, about to start taking on the team star fire base. I've also been playing ACNH occasionally when I want to relax, I go to Harv's Island and customize things (to get all variations) for an hour or so while I listen to podcasts or music
• For dinner later I'm having buffalo chicken wraps. I just air fry some frozen tyson crispy chicken strips, coat them in Franks buffalo sauce after they're finished cooking them, and have them on a flour tortilla with lettuce and a little ranch drizzled on them.
• I've been practicing ukulele for 30 minutes everyday

☆ I had a REALLY good day at school! It was so fun and I got to see all my friends and I DID SUPER WELL!!
☆ I got a 94% on my MATH TEST! I tried so hard and it was easy for the most part! It was on rotations, translations, and transformations!
☆ I GOT A 100% ON MY SOCIAL STUDIES QUIZ AND SO DID MY BESTIE!
☆ Yesterday I went on Amazon and I told my mother I wanted to buy some stuff and she was fine with it, I was going to purchase the Fifth Harmony EP Better Together. I was SOO HAPPY WHEN I CHECKED TODAY AND THE OTHER Fifth Harmony CD's were on sale! Reflection AND 7/27!! I am only missing the final album so when it goes on sale I will have all four english ones! YAY! I love Ally Brooke <3
☆ I finished my Art Elements project and it came out really well and I got a 100!
☆ I am going now to finish all my homework so I can get on Animal Crossing and PLAY SOME FESTIVALE!

- My bathroom, room, and hallway repairs have begun finally. Ready to get back to normal!

- Did some cleaning as well.

- I loved on my kitties some more.

- I got a haircut, which was desperately needed, and it looks so much better!

☾ I slept all through the night last night without having to wake up to cough or blow my nose!! I'm still a little sniffly and also very fatigued, but I think I should be better soon at this rate! ;;
☾ I worked on my ACNH island a bit! I'd already gotten everything I wanted from Festivale in the past, so I mainly just focused on decorating today. ^^
☾ My family and I watched SmallishBeans' latest Empires episode! My mom and I also watched some more of Danny Gonzalez' Minecraft series too.
☾ I also made a couple more rubber band bracelets! I think I should be close to filling up another small bag of them soon. They're apparently pretty popular with my dad's students, so I want to keep up the supply ahahaha.

Today has yet again been another great one for me!

• The weather was sunny!
• I watched the remaining episodes of Sailor Moon R and we finished the second season! While that's nice, it's unfortunate that I couldn't find any DVD copies to rent season three and season four of the show. However, there are movies, so we may be able to get more enjoyment out of them. And oddly enough, they have DVD copies for season five which is weird. Honestly, the fact that my sister and I were able to watch so many episodes of Sailor Moon just by borrowing them from the library is amazing. But before I return Sailor Moon R back to the library, here's one image that I find to be adorable. It plays every time whenever the show is about to go on a commercial break (obviously, there weren't any ads on the DVDs lol).

• I went on a nice car stroll with my mother and sister. I drove down this one road I never went on before and it was a nice experience to see some scenery I'm not familiar with.
• I played F1 22 and I'm in Austria! I got to complete practice sessions and qualifying, but the twist here is that a sprint race is involved, so this race weekend is a little different compared to others. I'll eventually get that completed and the main race too.
• I ate a beef patty as a snack.
• I had a short nap to regain a bit of energy.
• I got to draw a little bit to warm up my skills again. I made an extremely rough drawing of what I wanted to do and despite the sloppy look, it still made me feel good about it.
• I had a really great chat with @/Childe and @/xSuperMario64x this evening! It's awesome getting to talk about each other's interests and whatever else we're playing.
• I saved this point for last even though it happened earlier in the morning. An update for Gran Turismo 7 is coming tomorrow and a video came out outlining the content that will be included in the said update. It made me very happy to see the things that were revealed, even though a couple of features are only on PS5 and I'm playing on PS4. That's okay, and I'll be sure to share more once I get to experience it!
