I'm happy because tomorrow I'm going on a short trip, and will see my friend. The last time we saw each other was in December, so I can;t wait to see her

☾ I got a pill case! No more need to worry about whether or not I forgot my meds

☾ Got started reading volume 13 of Durarara!!!
☾ I have two Stardew cows now! ^^ Daisy and Bessie, because I could not think of two morecliché classic cow names. Also upgraded both my coop and barn with heaters, and got an auto-grabber for the coop to make my life a little easier.

Today I'm happy because:
- I rescheduled a meeting to give myself more time to complete my work. That's something I wouldn't have done not too long ago, but I'm trying to take better care of myself.
- I watched squirrels and birds and one of the bunnies in my backyard while I worked.
- My husband was very sweet to me and sent me some cute texts to cheer me up.
- I got my bloodwork results back and everything looks great.
That's about it for today, but I'm glad I could at least come up with a few things. It will get better...It will get better...

- Finally made a giant batch of Japanese curry yesterday evening, and pretty happy with how it turned out! I had some today for dinner, and froze a portion for future use 
I used beef, carrots, onion, garlic, and potato as ingredients, along with some Golden Curry blocks from Kyoto.

I'm having a fabulous day! We just finished final exams for real!! (I thought we were done but those were just state tests.) I ALMOST DIED THIS MORNING when my Math teacher told me that I was one of ONLY 4 students in the entire grade level to receive "distinguished above average learner" on ALL 5 TESTS. This means that I knew EVERYTHING and MORE from what we learned this year.. YAYY ALL OF MY STUDYING PAYED OFF. Also we had a final exam for each class today and I got a 100 on all of them.... THERE WERE 60 QUESTIONS EACH SO IDK HOW I DID THAT. I am so happy and thankful, today was fabulous! Also my mother said that tomorrow, since it is the last day of school, me and my friends can go out to eat afterwards! We are going to a really nice Mexican restaurant so YAY!!! EVERYTHING IS PERF FOR THE START OF SUMMER AND END OF SCHOOL!!

hihi friends 
today’s the first day in almost 2 months where i don’t have any assignments to complete, so thought i’d take this time to pop in and say hi and imy all c: life has been very up and down for me lately, but i hope you all are doing amazing! i probably won’t be very active still until end of june, but ya’ll are always in my thoughts
too much has happened since last time i posted to talk about everything that’s made me happy, so i’ll just focus on today + some big things that’ve happened :’)
*⁀➷ i was able to meet my last graduation requirement (besides passing my last 3 classes lol) on time, so it looks like ya girl will be officially graduating next month!! it hasn’t really hit me yet since i’m honestly expecting something to go wrong lol, but after 7 years of this i am so so ready and excited to maybe finally be done
*⁀➷ my 21-year streak of not caring about hockey has ended, since turns out i enjoy yelling at the players through the tv lmao, and i’ve been watching some of the playoffs games with my parents! they’ve always been big hockey fans and secretly hoping that i’d eventually get into it as well, so it’s been nice to bond with them over it a bit. :’) i know a total of three (3) hockey players’ names and i still have no idea what my dad is saying when he talks about hockey news with my mom, but it’s been kinda fun watching!
*⁀➷ my workload has been absolutely insane since after easter weekend and i’ve had assignments to worry about and work on every day since, so the fact that i have nothing to do tonight feels like a miracle
i probably won’t feel this relaxed this time tomorrow, so i’m making sure to enjoy it as much as i can haha. feels really nice to just have a night to myself <3
*⁀➷ i was able to complete and hand in 3 assignments today! i just got out of a bad depressive/brain fog episode that made doing anything extremely difficult for a few weeks, so i’m very grateful that i seem to be coming out of it and am able to be more productive again!
*⁀➷ i went to see fast x in theatres with my mom last week, and despite the fact that i don’t really care for action movies and have never seen any of the other fast and furious movies, i actually enjoyed it! i obviously didn’t really know who any of the characters were or understand any of the references to past movies/characters, but the plot was enjoyable
*⁀➷ bonk is still extremely annoying and silly like always, but she’s doing good! she actually got her claws trimmed today, and she handled it wonderfully like always! my silly, annoying little kitty <3

*⁀➷ i’ve been craving chocolate cake and nachos with sour cream (separately lol) for some reason, and i was able to satisfy both of those cravings today

*⁀➷ did some self-care ^^ i’ve been good at keeping up with my self-care routine lately despite how busy and depressed i’ve been, which i’m proud of myself for c:

➣ My real ID arrived in the mail today. That little star will now get me on likely the last flight I’ll be on in a while. Planes aren’t really my thing, but my mom paid for this whole trip, food included. I can’t turn that down, lol. I couldn’t enjoy my last train trip last year due to sickness, so I’m still missing the Amtrak, haha. And of course, that’s the one time the train has an ice shortage.
➣ I saw these swim trunks at a sporting goods store, and they’re giving major transgender vibes. I’d love these, but I can’t justify spending so much on swim trunks I’m only wearing, like, twice? I’m getting some cheaper ones on Amazon which are running me about $13 new. Those are the cheapest I’m expecting to find. I prefer this design of all the similarly priced trunks.
➣ I also saw another Osprey bag. This is the Skimmer 16. It seems to be a hydration bag. Not much of a hiker so I prefer their traveling packs, but this was still a neat find.
➣ I’m eating a hot honey chicken sandwich. And no, I don’t like bacon. I take it off and give it to Keagan, lmao. That’s why it’s not on the sandwich. I love these things.

- I got to sleep at a somewhat reasonable time for me last night.
- I didn't have a ton of important tasks to do at work so I was able to take my time.
- I started training a back-up for my vacation week. She's very capable and asked good questions. I thought it was a good training session.
- I took a short walk on my morning break.
- I was able to get some reading done on my lunch break.
- My husband sent me some cute texts.
- I got to leave work early and had a much needed massage therapy session.
- My replacement debit card was delivered today. I was surprised at how quickly I got it.
- The weather was perfect, warm and sunny.
- Two more days until I get a long weekend.
- I'm feeling much better that I was yesterday.

I've just booked tickers to see The Little Mermaid on Monday which coincides perfectly with another Bank Holiday weekend. 
- Finished my final assignment last night I'm kind of happy with how it turned out too!
- Another beautiful day today
- Found out the time I have to get into uni to start my job next week got set back, so I can sleep in a bit more
- My brother's coming over tomorrow, I haven't seen him in a while so that should be nice lol

- The Dallas Stars also play tonight. Not really expecting much from them, but maybe they can avoid the 4-0 sweep (but let's be real here, the Florida Panthers deserve to win it all this year).
- About to play some video games and chill.
- I get paid tomorrow, and then have a long weekend to rest.

*⁀➷ i had a really nice counselling session today! my counsellor’s been off for the past month due to personal reasons, but her replacement is really lovely and i enjoy talking to her c: i was able to talk about some things that’ve been bugging me, she was super pleased when i told her that i got caught up on all my schoolwork (how swamped i am with work is a regular topic for me LOL), and i even made her laugh so much that she cried at one point overall a good session <3
*⁀➷ i had a decent day at school as well! i was able to complete and hand in the 2 assignments i received today, so i have another night to myself to just take it easy! having a day where i didn’t have anything to worry about felt impossible just a week ago, so getting to just breathe these past 2 days has been really nice. i’ve definitely needed this break haha
*⁀➷ changed my aesthetic on here! it’s definitely not my most coordinated aesthetic lol, but i still think it’s pretty cute!

I haven't posted in this thread in forever lol, so much has happened in the last month or so omg 
★ I've been at my new job as a circulation associate in a library for about a month now and it's going great!! I'm so grateful that I've been given this job opportunity, I loved my old library job and I'm loving this one just as much
★ my youtube channel hit 250 subs today!!! when this year started I had about 48 subscribers, and I made it my goal to hit 250 by the end of the year! I've been a little slow w my channel lately but I have some great ideas for the future and I'm excited to see my channel grow even more!
★ since I started my new job I had to find something to do on the computer (since I obv can't be on my phone and at the front desk I can't read a physical book due to needing to be approachable at all times) so I started working on fanfics again for the first time in at least 6-7 years, and it's been a very enjoyable experience! the one I'm currently putting the most time into has 7,845 words, and I'm prob not even halfway done and it's only the rough draft! It's fun to write for these characters of mine, honestly makes me want to draw them more!
★ I finally got an SNES mouse after literally 10 and a half years!!! don't ask why it took me so long
all that matter is now I can play Mario Paint and that makes me so happy!!
★ I got some MUCH NEEDED cleaning done in my room today and yesterday, I swept the floor and vacuumed my rug, and I got a lot of clothes washed and put away!
★ I've really been enjoying reading abt all the crazy stuff that's going on with Tears of the Kingdom, the highlight has to be all the people trying to send the Koroks to outer space or make them into an autonomous barbecue
★ I've just been feeling so grateful lately. grateful for everything. and it's amazing cause earlier this year I was at probably the lowest point in my whole life. this really is my year. I'm learning a lot about myself and coming to embrace who I am, and just feeling very loved. I've had ups and downs of course but I'm just so happy I can't even fully describe it
