What are your Monthly Subscriptions?

The only one I pay myself currently is Spotify. I used to have Netflix but then I quit my job and lowkey wasn't interested in anything on Netflix anymore so I cancelled it since I was barely watching it anymore.
I share an account with my uncle for Nintendo Online and I used to also share with a friend Disney+ just to watch the final season of Clone Wars but that has now been cancelled too.

Spotify, Netflix, iCloud and NSO! I just cancelled my skillshare last week.

I currently do not have any. I used to have XBOX Live but I don’t have WiFi at the moment, so it wouldn’t make sense to have one without the other.

only three. pokemon bank, nintendo switch online and spotify, which i always planned to cancel after my three month trial but never did. i'm currently on a "family" plan with my girlfriend where we both only pay £6/month so it's a reasonable enough price imo. i don't watch tv/movies, so i don't have a need for streaming services, but my girlfriend also has disney+ and netflix subscriptions if i ever change my mind lmao.

nintendo switch online, netflix, hbo max, hulu, disney+, and a couple of veggie subscriptions. majority of those are paid and used by my folks, but i do pay for NSO myself!

  • Nintendo switch online
  • netflix
  • spotify
  • amazon prime
  • ps plus (I cancel it a lot and come back for the free monthly games if they interest me)
spotify is my must-have of the list, I don't even use netflix that often but I share with my mum and dad and they watch stuff on there a fair bit so I keep paying for it anyway lol

I should remember to cancel ps plus tho - I only restarted it again so I could get FFVII remake for free 👀

Subscriptions I have:
Financial times (free through work)
Netflix (that I share with a friend)
Curology (for skin)
Nintendo Switch Online Membership

What are some you think are interesting concepts but don't use?
Food delivery services like hello fresh
Seasonal subscription boxes of miscellaneous items like fabfitfun
Crunchyroll, but in all honesty I would never pay to watch solely anime, plus a lof the streaming platforms like Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime do have anime included

What would you like to have that doesn't exist currently?
uhhh no idea as i'm not that creative

Do you use free trials often?
Not really because I fear that I'd forget to unsubscribe after the free trial period ends. the on

Subscriptions you used to have but no longer have?
I use to have Amazon Prime but decided to cancel it for this year
Wall Street Journal (when I used to have student discount)

Netflix, which I use a lot
Nintendo Online, this is about to expire so I'll need to renew it soon
I want to get Game Pass for Xbox eventually

When I was a college student I got free Amazon Prime but I'm not in college right now so I don't have that anymore

I don't know if all of them are monthly. Disney plus, Netflix, Hulu, Prime, and that's it.

I have Spotify, Netflix, Hulu and Nintendo online right now. I’m tempted to cancel Netflix just because it’s not as good as it used to be and I never find anything I want to watch anymore except for The Crown

I have discord nitro classic and nintendo online! Discord is my primary way of communicating and I really can't find the best way to express myself without emotes, and of course nintendo online to play animal crossing and other games. I'll be honest I don't even play my switch that often but I have it shared with my cousin and other people and the split price is so small anyways lol

I'd also have spotify premium but my parents nagged me that I was subscribed to too many things (even though it's just discord?? It's fair to say it does all add up to a lot in the end though) and they wouldn't stop annoying me about it so I got rid of it, I can get by with ads and listening on youtube with ad block but meh 😐 I also have access to netflix but I don't pay for it lol

Nintendo Switch Online is I think the only thing I am subscribed to currently. I use my sisters Netflix account and I've been considering signing up to Disney+ (which I would share with my her to make it even).

In the past I've had Amazon Prime (free trial), Pokemon bank (barely used), and I also was in a Patreon enamel pin club for a while. If I got in to a better financial situation I would love to support more people on Patreon but for now I am mostly keeping things to just the essentials (yes NSO is an essential apparently lol)

Don't feel super comfortable giving out information on things I pay for, but with the pandemic and all that I decided to get a food meal delivery service a try, and... it sucked.

It was so not worth it, going to the grocery store or local markets and buying it myself was cheaper. Cancelled after the first month. I honestly do not recommend these types of services.

the only subscription I have rn is Hulu cause they've got all 13 seasons of King of the Hill as well as some cool Star Trek movies. actually got rid of it for a bit but I was offered a college student discount of like $2/month so I'm definitely taking advantage of that while I can lol.

I never really understood those kinds of services, the only people it might serve well are people who can't leave the house (such as my mother who deals with chronic pain, or perhaps older people who can't drive anymore). other than that it's really just a waste of money, you'd be much better off buying locally sourced stuff and not only is it prob cheaper but you're also supporting local businesses

The only subscription I have is nintendo. My family has netflix and other stuff but I never use it. I used to have playstation subscription, but I didn’t renew it ever since I quit ESO.

Nintendo Online is the only subscription I pay for myself. My family has Netflix and Disney+, which they let me use lol.

The only subscriptions I really have are Netflix (which I share with my mother and two brothers) and my own Spotify Premium. The only disadvantage of Spotify Premium, however, is that you cannot just hide random songs anymore, imagine if you'd dislike them or something. If this feature would not just be available for 'regular' Spotify users anymore!

My current subscriptions are PlayStation plus, Nintendo online, and Hulu. My sister lets me use her Netflix lol.

Let’s see...
  • Crunchyroll - for my anime needs, they mostly have subs so I share my account with a friend who also shares their Funimation account with me for more dubs.
  • Bokksu Japanese snack box - can’t travel right now and I love everything Japan and it’s been a lot of fun to try out snacks I’ve never had before
  • Fire Emblem Heroes FEH Pass - Controversial I know but I really enjoy the game and prefer to put a little bit of money into it once a month for little bonuses instead of falling down the hole of buying way too many orbs. I do think some of the features should be available to everyone though.
  • Nintendo Online Family Subscription - for my 5 accounts 😅 though my boyfriend seems to have taken interest in my switch a bit so I still have room to add him on if he decides he wants to play.
