What Did You Accomplish On Your Island Today?

  • finished my daily nook mile tasks
  • it was raining last night so i found the gyroids along with my fossils
  • assessed and sold my fossils
  • was fishing and catching bugs around the island
  • visited brewster and got a coffee
  • maple gave me a windbreaker :0)
  • I ACCIDENTALLY HIT RUBY WITH MY NET, I'M SO SORRY AAAA
  • found one of the wasp nests and managed to get the wasp >:3
  • went to the able sisters but there wasn't anything that i was looking for
  • visited a nook mile island to collect more resources
  • went to to work and attended the music festival with raymond (he's the owner of the apparel store)
  • went to harv's island and did the wedding season design thingy - traded in my leftover crystal hearts for some more candles
 
On my main island:

I finished Tangy’s vacation home in HHP; might make some minor tweaks later but I think I’m done for the most part 🙂.

I visited Zipper’s vacation home and thought two songs I had playing didn’t match the vibe I was aiming for, so I changed them.

I customized some furniture I ordered.

I found a lost novel and returned it to Kiki; she gave me an athletic outfit.

I picked some weeds.

I tted trying to get Cephalobot to move, but no luck. Might boot him out with an amiibo card soon.

On my second island:

I got the bells off the bell tree that I grew.

I redeemed nook miles for pretty good tools recipes. I crafted a shovel, fishing rod, net and watering can.

I dug up some fossils and had Blathers assess them. Afterwards, I donated two of them; the third he could not accept because now the museum is being constructed.

I paid off more of my loan.

I picked some weeds.

I gathered some more materials that I needed to build Nook’s cranny. I donated 30 softwood.

This is just stuff I've accomplished over the past few days. Going to make it a habit to post more here ^^

  • Checked my mail. Got at least 10 wheat fields chillin' in there that I had forgotten to claim! ;w; So I decorated the exterior of Genji's home with them. His plot is looking GREAT so far! Cannot wait to work on HHP to design my villager homes in the future!
  • Finally unlocked the Nook Shopping app on my NookPhone! ^_^ It took me ordering 100 items, which I'm too lazy to do that these days. So, I'm happy I unlocked it.
  • Remodeled my house! I decided I'd give it a more zen look, instead of it being all cutesy and pink.. T^T
  • Moved Able Sisters right next to Nook's Cranny. Did some terraforming and exterior decorating to make the shops look beautiful next to each other!
  • Unlocked the 'That's One Smart Phone' achievement through my Nook Miles program thingy. :3 The blank spot was bothering me, thank God it's gone.
  • Planted a garden of veggies behind Nook's Cranny. I made it look... different than most veggie gardens I've seen. I like how unique the placement is to me!
  • Visited Cranston! He also happened to have Hamlet over. What a pleasant surprise c:
  • Also visited Dobie, who was making an iron hanger stand when I stopped by! I nabbed that DIY from him so fast. Even if I already have it. I collect DIYs for my shop ><
  • I also moved Zucker's house somewhere else temporarily until I can find a place to make his house work xD He is currently on a hill somewhere. I want to add a fish-market next to his house, but I feel like that'd be odd.
  • It was either Cranston or Hans.. but one of them calls me 'hashtag' now.. lol. So much for new nicknames xP
  • Organized all my hybrids for a hybrid flash sale I plan on doing some time in the future. I have so many.. I need to get rid of them, unfortunately.
  • There was a meteor shower the other night! I got some Gemini fragments along with some other frags c:
  • Dug up 4 gyroids; and all of my daily fossils. Assessed said fossils; wrapped them, and gifted them to my villagers.
  • Got coffee at The Roost ! He even asked me if I wanted milk in it! Very sweet of him, honestly :3 He also gifted me a coffee plant as his way of saying 'thanks'!
 
I’ve wanted to complete this Nook Miles achievement for ages… Today, while hunting for new fish to add to the museum, I finally did it!!! 🎉

I accomplished two big things today... I finished my fish critterpedia and had every fish donated to the museum, and I just got my island to a 5-star rating! It's about time, since I've been putting off both tasks for a long while. :P But, I'm just glad it's done.

I'd post screenshots of my achievements, but it's 4 in the morning and I'm too tired. I stayed up almost all night playing NH. 😭

Some smaller things I accomplished include selling my fruits/crops, buying a new outfit at Able Sisters, plucking all the weeds, and clearing out a bit of my storage.
 
I keep getting to this thread at the beginning of the day or after several days of playing, so I'll talk about what I accomplished on my Island over the last week or two or three or indeterminate period of time

- I added Howl's moving Castle
- I added from World of Warcraft d o l a n a a r, the inn

And most recently yesterday I've been working on adding some of my favorite characters and pairings from Ace attorney into my outdoor Court. I've just been editing the court to add them in, and I updated the bush to fit in with the summer because apparently I made that court in the fall . Also added in woo young-woo from extraordinary attorney Woo, so I'm still working on adding more characters from Ace attorney in and clearing the beach I covered in flowers. So that there's more space for more characters to lounge around XD I'm just searching through my closet for things that they would wear it's very fun


Oh but most importantly I made a strategy room for my health and it actually helped me out when I needed to make a health decision because I could remember the room and stay calm
 
Finally unlocked the wooden and stone counters/pillars. Now one of my hotel rooms and the basement winery are complete.
 
  • i got a little busy so i neglected island maintenance but i dug up all the fossils and assessed them
  • since it was raining i also dug up the gyroids
  • my weeds were starting to get out of control but all is well again haha
  • i'm trying to finish the angling for perfection! and you've got the bug achievement so i'll start tracking my progress for them (ง•̀o•́)ง

  • flick's here so that's another added motivation to catch some bug today!!

  • Got an order from Liz!
  • Double-checked missing rugs. Verified I had some. Went from 98% to 99%.
  • Finally got the Sloppy Sofa and Katana. Customized them to get all their variants unlocked.
  • Got all three Alpinist Hats, the Ancient Administrator Hat, King Tut Mask, Pigtail, the Candy-Skull Mask, Shattered Glasses, Bold Muumuu, and Baby Romper last color. Headwear went from 92% to 93%, Accessories went from 97% to 98%.
 
(This is a conglomerate of things I did on my island since my last post.)
  • Played the Bug-Off until I got to 300 points - Also got some of the prizes.
  • Moved some items to my 2nd player's storage.
  • Harvested fruit, crops, wood, and blue roses.
  • Moved some flowers and plucked them for crafting.
  • Did trades with some TBT + Nookazon users.
  • Changed my town tune + flag.
  • Got Snake to move out - Ace was my autoplot villager.
  • Went to some mystery islands and collected materials, including hydrangea bushes to decorate my entrance.
  • Assessed fossils and moved them to 2nd player's storage.
  • Rechecked my poster collection - I'm going to decorate my 2nd player's house with them soon.
  • Caught + sold some fish to C.J. when he visited.
  • Got some regular star fragments from Celeste when she visited.
  • Visited Harv's island to buy art.
  • Visited my friend's island a few times!
  • Sold cherries at someone else's island and got 161k bells.
 
Did my daily chores of digging up fossils and weeds.

Bought a bunch of seeds, saplings from Leif, as he was on my island today.

Placed my second bridge in and moved the museum.

Did my daily stretch exercise and talked to my villagers.
 
  • I completed my poster collection!!! I also (painstakingly) moved all of them to my 2nd player's storage.
  • Sold some bugs to Flick and made 45k bells - I also gave him some bugs to make models.
  • I did Reese and Cyrus' photo shoot - I got a wedding bench and 13 heart crystals.
  • Bought a concessions-stand wall and a skull rug from Saharah.
  • Moved some flowers to the beach. - I also plucked some for more crafting.
 
  • completed 8 or 9 nook mile tasks
  • i found gullivarrr on my beach so i went out into the sea and also decided to do some deep sea diving, i even found a scallop so i saw pascal again! he gave me a pearl
  • wolfgang's at my campsite today :0 !!
  • it's been like 3 days since i went on so my hybrid garden was beginning to get out of control oops but it's okay i did the usual island maintenance (collecting hybrids, collecting sticks, and weeding)
  • went to harv's island and wow! redd actually had an authentic art piece today, sadly i already had it soooo he wasn't helpful smh i simply beg for ONE LAST STATUE REDD
  • also bought something from kicks because he's a little cutie
  • saharah didn't have anything new for me either ( • ᴖ • ｡)
  • i went to work and gave lopez a vacation home! i actually really liked it

June 26 🌦️
-Isabelle announced we have a campsite visitor!
-Popped out of my house in a new location! I now remembered I was moving some things last time 😅
-Went to the campsite to see who was there and it was Ozzie!! I would love to have him on my island but... I need to get Punchy's photo first
-Talked to all my villagers
-Gave some wrapped fruits to Punchy and he gave me a detective hat, no photo (and Dora who gave me a sleevless parka)
-Collected some more flowers, I finally had enough to craft a pretty tulip wreath
-Planted some red and white roses so I can start growing some pink roses
-Emptied my mailbox, I had a Wild Painting Left Half from Redd in there so I donated that to the museum
-Found the glowing spot and planted a money tree
-Coffee at the Roost
 
I accidently hit one of my villagers with a net for the first time... it's one of the ones I like too, Nan, and she was about to give me a reaction too! But I pressed the wrong button and feel terrible :(

Other than that just moving all the houses around to redesign my island. I found a really cool website that let's you plan one out grid by grid, and it helped alot, I was using graph paper before lol.

  • Went to a mystery island for materials, including roses to breed orange roses.
  • Demolished one of my bridges.
  • Crafted furniture with vines and glowing moss.
  • Bought flower bags from Leif at Harv's Island.
  • Bought a natural-wood square tile from Saharah at Harv's Island.
  • Bought a genuine mystic statue from Redd on Harv's Island. (There's a genuine painting, but I have to wait till tomorrow to buy it...)
  • Completed the final "True Patron of the Arts" achievement.
  • Rechecked my bug/fish models collection.
I actually caught two mahi-mahis. :0
