What did you cook or bake today?

Fried green tomatoes. I have a ton of them and needed to find a way to use up some. They are surprisingly really good. I always laughed at the idea and thought they'd be awful. It tastes like fried bread crumb/zucchinis. They're really great.

Early this morning I made pumpkin soup. Today's dinner is going to be hibachi vegetables and rice.

ive been making this tofu & broccoli dish lately, its hella good and quick. made it tonight, with a side of vegan scramble egg ('Just egg' brand) and paired it with some white rice.

😊 I made a crayfish tail and vegetable stir fry last night and paired it with some thai style fishcakes

I made gyudon beef bowls last night, my tip is to add mushrooms as a great way to stretch out the meal. 😊 I also made some berry white wine sangria which is probably not the optimal beverage pairing for gyudon but it was good anyway. 😋

I made chef John's fisherman's pie for the second time. First time I added to much lemon, this time I think a little more would have worked. All tasty.

Tomato egg stir fry for breakfast.
Tuna melt for lunch.
Rosemary garlic butter steak for dinner.

For breakfast I had eggs with turkey along with fried beans and soyrizo.

I made Korean cheese pancakes for the first time…
(Note to self, don’t put too much cornstarch or monk fruit sweetener, it really throws off the sweetness by a large margin)

( belongs to Linda Sun on YT)

1- Banana
1/4 cup - Oats
1 tsp - Baking Powder
1 scoop protein powder ( I use a vanilla ice cream flavored one)
2 tbsp - almond milk (add more if needed)
1 egg
1 tsp - cinnamon
Add chocolate chips if desired.
Peanut butter as a topping

I throw all the ingredients into my nutribullet (minus the chocolate chips and peanut butter)
And then pour into the pan. Makes at least 4 big pancakes for me.
