What did you cook or bake today?

I'm preparing the chicken for pulled chicken sandwiches in the slow cooker right now. Hopefully the sandwiches turn out in the end!

I made this pan sheet recipe during lunch without the bell pepper because mine was rotting on the inside 😭 It's tastes good but I would have put it under the broiler for long for more color. It also didn't make me feel full but I think that's from the lack of carbs.

I keep making microwave ramen because I don’t know what else to eat, haha.

sadness ): ): ):
i was going to bake something (i was thinking oatmeal cookies) but then i didn't because i saw wildly different recipes for the "same thing" so i was like wait what and felt like it was going to turn on bad...... so i just ate a banana with peanut butter and wallowed in my disappointment and sadness.... rip

I made a chicken stock, no idea what I'm going to use it for but I'll think of something.

Is this difficult to do? Have always contemplated whether I should be making my own given how much chicken I consume vs having to buy it in the jugs from the store.

It was super easy, just need to check it every so often to make sure it's got enough water, and be in the house all day as it takes 12 hours. I followed this video
from chef John.

I made banana oat cookies with some trail mix and chocolate chips mixed in. Not the most appetizing looking but they taste amazing.

Also made some fire noodles with some lettuce on the side for dinner.

i made apple cake with a caramel glaze (burnt the first batch of glaze oops)

nothing, because I burn water. I love to learn how to cook though

Pumpkin cookies stuffed with pumpkin Joe Joe’s drizzled with caramel mylk chocolate and topped with pumpkin Joe Joe crumbs. Also pumpkin bars.
