What did you cook or bake today?

Homemade spring rolls. Surprisingly easy to make - just cook the filling, wrap it, fry and you're done.

Cinnamon twists and vegan honey.

i made scrambled eggs today for my brother. it was my first time using the stove by myself, they came out a little too salty.

Torrijas with the sourdough I bought at the farmer’s market.

I made kimchi jjigae following this and adjusting a few things here and there

It was really good!
I love this channel for Korean recipes 😊

This but a bundt cake version.https://www.bakefromscratch.com/snickerdoodle-swirl-loaf-salted-pistachios/

Baked some lemon + blueberry muffins and some brownies for a picnic tomorrow! Currently trying to cool the brownies in the fridge since I'm worried I underbaked them 😅

A tuna melt toastie (just tuna mayo and cheddar, can't seem to get the onions right) in one of those Breville sandwich maker machines. I'm slowly perfecting the art of plating up before the bottom slice of bread goes soggy and the filling leaks out everywhere

i made soft-serve ice cream :)

I didn't cook or bake, but I made a pumpkin caramel chai latte today that was delicious :)

I made browned butter chocolate chip cookies!
I always thought people were exaggerating when they said browned butter makes a difference, but it really does =w=
