What did you eat for breakfast, lunch, and dinner today?

breakfast: you guessed it, weetabix with honeu
lunch: bagel with ham, egg and cheese (one egg on each half)
dinner: pork fried rice with peas and onion, with a sweet and sour sauce (made with a mix of tomato puree, sugar, rice vinegar, soy sauce and honey). absolutely amazing!!
 
breakfast: salted caramel trek protein bar (i wasn’t too hungry!!) n water

lunch: i tried the new strawberry n cream frappuchino from starbucks n it was sooo good 😭, i didn’t eat anything else though as i immediately fell asleep after the gym

dinner: sweet n sour chicken w yakisoba noodles, really fancied dessert so i had a slice of fudge cake w whipped cream n crumbled flake

snacks: another protein bar
 
Breakfast: protein bar. Orange juice.

Lunch: falafel wrap* and mozzarella sticks.

Dinner: a potato waffle, two fried eggs, two lorne sausage, baked beans, fried tomato and mushrooms

*falafel, cheddar, cucumber, and jalapeño houmous in a tortilla wrap.
 
I ate some breaded chicken earlier, and now I’m eating some breadsticks with marinara sauce, both of which my dad bought for me.

I also had my favorite Starbucks drink at the moment — the Paradise Drink topped with cold foam. This is actually an menu item at one of the standalone stores and it’s great. You have to request the cold foam at the other locations, but it’s not an additional cost as far as I’m aware.
 
Breakfast: Brown rice with soy sauce and a can of vegetable soup
Lunch: More leftover rice, green beans, and a few mini veggie sausage links. Had a few tortilla chips as a snack.
Dinner: Homemade sweet potato oven fries
 
Maple sausage link sandwich, with an egg and a hash brown
Ham sandwich with a peeled orange
Polish sausage sauteed with onions

(Yeah it's a lot of sausage, but they were in the fridge for a while and were going to go bad. So I'd rather not waste food)
 
Breakfast: skipped
Lunch: toast, cheese, banana
Pre-supper: crackers & cheese
Supper: mango chutney chicken, peas, carrots, rice
Dessert: lemon pie
 
Late Breakfast: Blueberry Bagel with cream cheese

Lunch: Salad (Spring mix, tomatoes, cucumbers, green bell peppers, mushrooms, carrots, and cheese with Catalina dressing), Raspberry White Tea, 2 Cookies & Cream Hershey Kisses

Dinner: Cheeseburger, Fries, Sweet Tea

Dessert: Rasberry Sorbet Bar covered in Dark Chocolate
 
Breakfast: water as always

Lunch: sunny side up eggs with beans and salsa along with half an avocado

Dinner: im making Asian lettuce wraps
 
Breakfast: lorne sausage in a bread roll (x2) and baked beans. Orange juice.

Lunch: 6 chicken McNuggets and half a McFlurry. Coke. (takeout 🔨)

Snack: sour cream and onion prigles

Dinner: spaghetti and meatballs (plus mushrooms) in a homemade spicy arrabiata sauce. Cabernet sauvignon.

Lunch: cheese on toast, kombucha
Supper: leftover mango chutney chicken with veggies
Dessert: mini chocolate banana muffin

Oops, lol. Mango autocorrected to manga. 🙈

It is really good! You can buy premade mango chutney. Just a matter of:
  • Slicing the chicken breasts into thinner slices
  • Adding them to a casserole dish
  • Pouring the mango chutney sauce on top (should be enough to drown the chicken lol)
  • Add peas
  • Add spices if you'd like
  • Bake until the chicken is cooked through (350-390 degrees Fahrenheit for 30-40 minutes depending on your oven)
  • Serve with rice, carrots, and the option to add green beans if you'd like!
