What did you eat for breakfast, lunch, and dinner today?

Breakfast: Avacado on toast
Lunch: Macdonalds- Got a cheeseburger :D
Dinner: Haven't had it yet, but I believe it's going to be nachos.
Snacks: Banana and chocolate chip cookies
 
Breakfast: Croissant with some milk tea 🥐

Lunch: Bowl of protein weetabix with milk, fruit and nut museli and banana as toppings + a piece of toast with marmite on one side, and persimmon jam on the other

Dinner: Spaghetti Bolognese, and then a bowl of frozen berries w/ honey greek yoghurt for dessert 🍝🍓🫐

Afternoon Snack: Three mini matcha kitkats with a coffee :coffee:
 
Breakfast: coconut soya yoghurt and an All Natural fruit & nut bar (apricot and almond). Lemon & ginger tea.

Lunch: leftover salt & chilli chicken, nong shim veggie noodles, a jam donut.

Dinner: quarter pounder with cheese and a medium fries from McDonalds.

lunch - stuffed pasta (spinach and ricotta!)
dinner - carbonara but using leftover pork instead of bacon. still can't quite perfect it no matter how hard i try..

Lunch: Burger King; Whopper, Fries and Coke Zero
Dinner: Pizza

(I was pretty hungry after that appointment)

Drinking apple, grape, and cranberry juice, as well as water with lemon.

Dinner: Club wrap (Turkey, ham, bacon, spring mix, tomato, mayo, honey mustard, cheddar & swiss cheese on a wheat wrap), Raspberry White Tea, 2 Cookies & Cream Hershey Kisses

Breakfast Two scrambled eggs
Lunch skipped
Dinner was chicken breast sandwich with red onion bell pepper and mushrooms.
Had some Nutella on a gram cracker as snack.
Muffin bar

dinner: chicken wraps with guacamole, lettuce, cheese, and some fried pepper and onion. one of my fave things i've ever made

Dinner: Kraft Dinner, corn dogs
Snacks: yogurt, apple, water, honey-roasted peanuts, apple sauce

Today
Breakfast: coffee, grilled cheese
Lunch: skipped
Dinner: pork chops, rice
Snacks: water, wafers
 
Breakfast: Plain instant grits with soy sauce
Lunch: Leftover roasted vegetables
Dinner: Brown rice with soy sauce, French-cut green beans, and a few mini vegetarian sausage links
 
Late Breakfast: Blueberry Bagel with cream cheese

Lunch: Salad (Spring mix, tomatoes, cucumbers, green bell peppers, mushrooms, carrots, and cheese with Catalina dressing), Raspberry White Tea, 2 Cookies & Cream Hershey Kisses

Dinner: Chopped Steak with sautéed mushrooms and onions, mashed potatoes, macaroni and cheese, corn, Sweet Tea

Dessert: 2 snack sized Blueberry & Cream Cheese Coffee Cakes

Lunch: chicken sandwich with a probiotic soda

Dinner: two oven baked chicken thighs with beans and corn salad
 
I forgot to post yesterday, oops. Anyway, yesterday was a very low MH day so this is bad.

Breakfast: two slices of bread and a packet of quavers. Orange juice.

Lunch: sweet potato wedges.

Dinner: vermicelli stirfry* and popcorn chicken.

Party: onion bhaji, spring rolls, chicken nuggets, popcorn, crisps, pretzels. And far too many cocktails, whisky, and wine.

*made with rice vermicelli, broccoli, beansprouts, pak choi, spring onion, red bell pepper, red chilli pepper.

Lunch: Chicken tikka tortilla wrap with red pepper hummus, cheese, and baby spinach. Then a slice of cherry bakewell sponge pudding with strawberry protein yoghurt. 🍓🍒

Dinner: Protein weetabix with mixed fruit + nut muesli.

Afternoon Snack: 2 mini matcha kitkats + 2 mini lindt chocolate eggs with a mocha coffee :coffee:
