What did you eat for breakfast, lunch, and dinner today?

Breakfast: toasted plain bagel with butter
Lunch: apple slices and peanut butter
Dinner: sandwich from subway
Late night snack: a Tub of Haagen Dazs ice cream (I think it was a pint. Least healthiest choice. I ate all 2.5 servings of it, but in 2 sittings not all in 1, in the same day, but no tummy aches or anything lol) it was a nice reward of an accomplishment and a decent indulgence :)
 
Breakfast: Branflakes and sultanas with semi skimmed milk, Coffee

Lunch: Sandwich and orange juice

Dinner: Baked potato with ratatouille

It is really good! You can buy premade mango chutney.
lol I figured that's what you meant. I was pretty sure you weren't tearing up comic paper chunks. That really sounds good. I'll just give it the whole works.
 
Breakfast: Alpen no-sugar muesli with almond milk and a protein bar. Orange juice.

Lunch: falafel wrap, salad, a hard-boiled egg, cucumber and carrot sticks with jalapeño houmous.

Dinner: salt n chilli chips & chicken. Lemonade. (Takeout)

And then far too much wine cos its our anniversary and we had some very big wins today. 🖤
 
Breakfast: water

Lunch: Taco Bell (my dad wanted it)

Dinner: we're having beans, rice and chicken
 
Breakfast: Leftover ravioli
Lunch: Veggie patty sandwiches with sauerkraut and cucumber
Dinner: Tomato soup and grilled cheese sandwiches

Still kinda sick but I think I'm done with the juice at this point; I've gone back fully to water/green tea now.
 
Breakfast skipped
Lunch was rice and mushrooms
Dinner was corn beef lunch meat sandwich with red onion muenster cheese and bellpepper
Had a few mushrooms on the side.
Had Ice cream as a snack since mom visited today
 
Nothing today besides some salt with water. It’s a fasting day. Looking forward to tomorrow though.
 
Breakfast: Skipped

Lunch: Chicken Fajita bowl (Chicken, rice, onions, green, red, and yellow bell peppers), Citrus Green Tea, 2 Cookies & Cream Hershey Kisses

Dinner: Steak Grilled Cheese Burrito and Nacho Fries from Taco Bell, Sweet Tea

Dessert: Raspberry Sorbet Bar covered in Dark Chocolate
 
Breakfast: Toasted rice circle thing with almond butter and banana + cinnamon + chia seeds.
Lunch: Kofta kebabs and saffron rice with a quick saute of veggies and a fire roasted tomato.
Dinner: Spaghetti with some extra mushrooms thrown in the meat sauce.
 
Breakfast: coffee, yogurt, yogurt drink
Lunch: leftover rice + gnocchi
Dinner: grilled cheese
Snacks: yogurt, water, BBQ-flavored pistachios, cheese, oatmeal chocolate chip cookies
 
Breakfast: Nothing!! As usual (mainly eat breakfast on weekends)
Lunch: I had apple slices at school and my dad made Spam with Rice and Fried egg at home +furikake
Dinner: haven't had it yet but will soon!
 
Breakfast: Chocolate chip muffin
Lunch: Alfredo with peppers and imitation crab
Dinner: Pizza

dinner will probably be porridge? idk what i'll feel like having lol
 
Breakfast: Two slices of toast with cream cheese, coconut soya yoghurt, and an All Natural fruit & nut bar (cranberries & macadamias). Orange juice and lemon & ginger tea.

Snack: flamin' hot wotsits & 2 shortbread biscuits.

Lunch: nong shim veggie noodles, crackers.

Snack: mini Wispa. Bonfire toffee tea. Then followed up 2hrs later by half my girlfriend's Twix on the walk home.

Dinner: sweet potato wedges and fish fingers.

Dessert: mint cornetto. Cabernet sauvignon.

Not a good food day. Forgot to prepare a healthy lunch last night and then both my lunch and dinner were delayed due to things outwith my control.
 
Breakfast: Toast and honey with a cup of tea

Coffee as exhausted and needed to wake up enough to drive to work 😂

Coffee when I got into work 😊

Lunch: Sandwich and orange juice

Dinner: Sandwich ( just me so not worth making anything)

Lunch: grilled cheese
Dinner: hash browns, hot dogs, onion gratin soup
Snacks: trail mix, BBQ-flavored pistachios, water, cheese, crackers, zucchini muffins, more coffee, Reese's
