What did you eat for breakfast, lunch, and dinner today?

Breakfast: Protein weetabix, banana, muesli, maple syrup, with milk 🍌

Lunch: Pain au chocolat with protein chocolate mousse. Plus grapes and apricots. 🥐🍇

Dinner: Chicken and chorizo kebab in pitta bread, with hummus, lettuce, and tomato. 🥙

Afternoon Snack: 2 BN chocolate biscuits, 1 choc truffle, and coffee :coffee:
 
breakfast: skipped again 🫣

lunch: 2 slices of cold leftover pepperoni pizza with chopped up mushrooms, green bell peppers and red onions on top 🍕

dinner: broiled haddock with white rice and spinach 🐟🍚🥬

will probably have another slice of cold pizza if i get hungry later
 
Breakfast: Leftover tostada and some mini veggie sausage links
Lunch: Peanut butter and raspberry preserve sandwich, pretzels, Colby-Jack cheese slices, and strawberries
Dinner: French-cut green beans, roasted potatoes, and sauerkraut with chopped jalapeños and sliced vegetarian sausage
 
Elevenses: Blueberry bagel with cream cheese

Lunch: Salad (lettuce, tomatoes, mushrooms, cucumber, green bell peppers, carrots, cheese with honey mustard dressing); Citrus Green Tea

Dinner: Steak Grilled Cheese Burrito & Nacho Fries from Taco Bell, Sweet Tea

Snack/Dessert: Darjeeling Tea; 2 Dove chocolate pieces (milk chocolate caramel & milk chocolate); Raspberry ice cream in a waffle cone

Breakfast: lorne sausage & a fried egg in a bread roll. Orange juice.

Lunch: skipped. 🔨

Dinner: salt n chilli chicken and chips (takeout 🔨). Pepsi.

Lunch: slice of toast with butter and marmalade 🍞🧈🍊

Dinner: fish finger and falafel sandwich with tartar sauce, lettuce, and tomato. Then some dried apricots and 1 pasteis de nata for dessert. 🥪🍅🍮

Afternoon Snack: 2 BN biscuits, a chocolate truffle, and a mocha coffee :coffee:

dinner: fishless fillet + chips with asparagus
 
Breakfast: vegan sausage roll. Coke.

Lunch: Naked Thai spicy ramen soup, 4 slices of bread, coconut soya yoghurt, and 240g of strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries.

Dinner: sausage supper (takeout 🔨). Pepsi max.
 
I had some Hawaiian pizza from Pizza Hut! It had ham, pineapple, and chicken on it. It’s a newfound love for me, lol. The dinner box came with boneless chicken wings and breadsticks. I had some of those throughout the day, as well.

For drinks, I had to go for an energy drink this morning. I had the reignbow sherbet (Reign energy drink). I needed motivation to work since I didn’t get much sleep last night, but luckily I’m off work tomorrow. I had some of my favorite Mountain Dew, as well.
 
Breakfast: coffee, cookie, yogurt, yogurt drink
Lunch: macaroni salad with tuna
Dinner: salmon, corn, rice with vegetables
Snacks: water, hamburger, fries, soda, a bit of candy

Lunch: Honey nut cheerios w/ oat milk
Dinner: Chicken tender Publix sub.

lunch: also skipped (accidentally lol; i didn’t get up till after noon, then i had class, and then it was dinner time 🫠)

dinner: 2 pepperoni and 2 cheese and herb puffs, and a slice of pepperoni pizza from little caesars 🍕

Lunch: Two tomato, lettuce, and cucumber sandwiches with a handful of vegetarian chicken nuggets
Dinner: Salad (lettuce, black olives, feta cheese, pecans, cucumbers, red & yellow bell peppers) and roasted vegetables (potatoes, sweet potatoes, white cabbage, zucchini, red & yellow bell peppers)
Snacks: A cup of French vanilla hot cocoa
 
Breakfast: A small cup of instant oatmeal, flavor being apples and cinnamon

Lunch: Two slices of bread with peanut butter and butter only

Dinner: New sloppy joe recipe with a delicious fruit salad on the side

Dinner: Greek gyro, Jalapeño poppers, Sweet Tea

Snack/Dessert: 2 Dove chocolate pieces (milk chocolate & dark chocolate); Raspberry sorbet bar covered in dark chocolate

Dinner: Chicken tikka wrap with hummus and spinach, then 2 banana scotch pancakes with maple syrup and a raspberry protein yogurt. Plus some grapes and apricots on the side. 🌯🥞🍇
