Breakfast: Leftover tostada and some mini veggie sausage links Lunch: Peanut butter and raspberry preserve sandwich, pretzels, Colby-Jack cheese slices, and strawberries Dinner: French-cut green beans, roasted potatoes, and sauerkraut with chopped jalapeños and sliced vegetarian sausage
I had some Hawaiian pizza from Pizza Hut! It had ham, pineapple, and chicken on it. It’s a newfound love for me, lol. The dinner box came with boneless chicken wings and breadsticks. I had some of those throughout the day, as well.
For drinks, I had to go for an energy drink this morning. I had the reignbow sherbet (Reign energy drink). I needed motivation to work since I didn’t get much sleep last night, but luckily I’m off work tomorrow. I had some of my favorite Mountain Dew, as well.
Breakfast: Buttered toast and leftover green beans/sauerkraut dish from last night Lunch: Two tomato, lettuce, and cucumber sandwiches with a handful of vegetarian chicken nuggets Dinner: Salad (lettuce, black olives, feta cheese, pecans, cucumbers, red & yellow bell peppers) and roasted vegetables (potatoes, sweet potatoes, white cabbage, zucchini, red & yellow bell peppers) Snacks: A cup of French vanilla hot cocoa
Breakfast: Protein weetabix, topped with muesli, malted wheaties, and milk
Lunch: Ham, cheese, hummus, and shredded carrot sandwich with pickled peppers, and an apple
Dinner: Chicken tikka wrap with hummus and spinach, then 2 banana scotch pancakes with maple syrup and a raspberry protein yogurt. Plus some grapes and apricots on the side.
Afternoon Snack: 2 BN biscuits, a chocolate truffle, plus coffee
