What did you eat for breakfast, lunch, and dinner today?

My diet sucks…..yesterday:
Breakfast Earl Grey Tea
Lunch Skipped
Dinner/Supper Breaded chicken breast in bun
 
Breakfast: Oat porridge topped with maple syrup, protein yoghurt, banana, muesli, and peanut butter 🍌🥜🍁

Lunch: Kim chi bbq chicken sandwich, a scotch egg, and a raspberry kombucha (Tesco Meal Deal baby! :cool:)

Dinner: Slice of sourdough toast with butter, plus some grapes and strawberries 🍞 🍇🍓

Afternoon Snack: Once again ate 2 chocolate digestives, 1 chocolate truffle, and a coffee :coffee:

Breakfast: Leftover lasagna
Lunch: More leftover lasagna and some watermelon
Dinner: Roasted vegetables (sweet potatoes, turnips, white cabbage, red/orange/yellow/green bell peppers) and more watermelon
 
Breakfast: coffee, yogurt, blueberry square
Lunch: leftover ham + mashed potatoes with white sauce and hard-boiled eggs
Dinner: chicken soup, croques monsieurs (basically grilled cheese with ham)
Snacks: water, honey-roasted peanuts, oatmeal chocolate chip cookies (homemade)
 
Breakfast: Skipped

Lunch: Cajun-style shrimp alfredo, Citrus Green Tea

Dinner: Grilled chicken sandwich (with bacon, lettuce, tomato, mayo & cheese), White cheddar cheese bites, Citrus Green Tea

Snack/Dessert: 2 Dove chocolate pieces (milk chocolate caramel & milk chocolate), Peanut butter fudge milkshake
 
(Yesterday)

Breakfast: almond & apricot bar, crackers. Gingerale.

Lunch: salad*, a hard-boiled egg, carrot sticks with red pepper houmous. Spice imperial tea.

Snack: coconut soya yoghurt and grapes. Spice imperial tea.

Dinner: salt n chilli chips and chicken (takeout). Coke.

*made with pak choi, cucumber; red, yellow & green bell peppers, red onion, and cheddar in a garlic & herb dressing.
 
Breakfast: Blueberry bagel with butter and honey and coffee

Lunch: Another sub using leftover ingredients from the other night.

Dinner: Meatloaf
 
Breakfast: Mango and strawberries with coconut protein yoghurt 🥭🍓

Lunch: 2 slices of sourdough toast, one with butter and marmite, the other with banana and peanut butter 🍞🍌🥜🧈

Dinner: Homemade Japanese beef curry with white rice 🍛

Afternoon Snack: 2 biscuits and a truffle with coffee 🍪:coffee:
 
Breakfast: Bowl of fruit, eggs with plantain
Lunch: Meatloaf
Dinner: Chicken pasta
 
Breakfast: coffee, yogurt, applesauce
Lunch: leftover ham + mashed potatoes again
Dinner: Pasta with ham and vegetables (onion, carrot, broccoli, cauliflower)
Snacks: water, tea, chicken soup with bits of ham
 
Breakfast: Skipped

Lunch: Chicken tortilla bowl (chicken, rice, tortilla strips, tomatoes, onions, and cheese); Sweet Tea with lemon

Dinner: Steak Grilled Cheese Burrito and Nacho Fries from Taco Bell, Sweet Tea

Snack/Dessert: Watermelon Jolly Rancher, Raspberry Sorbet bar covered in dark chocolate
 
Breakfast: Leftover roasted veggies and some watermelon
Lunch: Same as above
Dinner: Nachos with refried beans, cheese, homemade guacamole, yellow/orange/green bell peppers, tomatoes, and mild salsa
Snacks: Pretzels, potato chips, salted caramel hot cocoa
 
I usually eat only two meals a day, but today I changed it up.

Breakfast - muffins
Lunch - black pepper chicken
Dinner - teriyaki chicken
 
(Yesterday)

Breakfast: 2 potato waffles each topped with a fried egg. Cranberry juice.

Lunch: salad*, a hard-boiled egg, carrot sticks with red pepper houmous. Coke.
*made with pak choi, cucumber; red, yellow & green bell peppers, red onion, and cheddar in a garlic & herb dressing.

Dinner: jacket potato with a vegan mushroom chilli. Cabernet sauvignon.
I followed this recipe for the chilli and it came out so well. :D

I had a bagel with cream cheese for breakfast and a cappuccino. Skipped lunch once again. Had some rice crackers for a snack after work. For dinner I ate out with some out of my boyfriend's coworkers. We had Korean, just shared a bunch of dishes.
 
Breakfast: Small bowl of fruit and nut muesli with milk, then had a mango 🥭

Lunch: Two slices of sourdough toast, one with butter + marmite, other with peanut butter + nutella, then a vanilla protein mousse 🍞🧈

Dinner: BBQ chicken tortilla wrap with cheese, hummus, and spinach, then some dried apricots 🌯

Afternoon Snack: 2 chocolate digestive biscuits, 1 truffle, and coffee 🍪:coffee:
