Breakfast: Nachos with leftover ingredients Lunch: Bagel with cream cheese topped with blueberries and sliced strawberries, and some leftover blueberries on the side Dinner: Brown rice with diced tomatoes & yellow/orange/green bell peppers, a little bit of vegetarian ground beef, and seasoned with lemon juice and cayenne pepper. It was super good
Breakfast: Protein weetabix, with 1/2 a banana, muesli, and milk
Lunch: 3 slices sourdough toast (finally finished the whole loaf lol), one with butter + marmite, one with marmalade, and one with peanut butter and 1/2 banana. Also some grapes and apricots on the side.
Dinner: BBQ chicken tortilla wrap with hummus, cheese, spinach, and avocado. Then a raspberry protein yoghurt.
Afternoon Snack: 2 choc digestives, 1 choc truffle, and coffee
breakfast: a container of strawberry slices and pineapple chunks i bought from the store the other day (pineapples are so tasty but god do they make my mouth feel weird )
lunch: a bowl of cheerios with 2% milk and a sliced up banana on top
Dinner: Takeout, Buffalo chicken burrito, more Gatorade, the rest of my snapple and water.
Normally I drink milk for both breakfast & dinner but I've been having to isolate from the fam (everyone is sick with possibly covid yaaay), so I've been putting my drinks in a water container thingy and bringing it in my room to minimize how often I go out. No open cups also means minimal mess incase somethin spills or drops.
Breakfast: Honey toast and raspberries Lunch: Veggie patty sandwiches with homemade guacamole, cheese, sauerkraut, and green olives; potato chips on the side Dinner: Pizza topped with vegetarian sausage, sauerkraut, and green olives; seasoned with garlic powder and oregano
Breakfast: salad*, crackers, and a hard-boiled egg. Orange juice. *made with pak choi, radishes, baby corn, cucumber; red, yellow, and green bell peppers, and cheddar in a garlic & herb dressing.
Lunch: coconut soya yoghurt and grapes. Very Berry tea.
Dinner: spicy stirfry**. Coke. **made with egg noodles, pak choi, radishes, baby corn, mushrooms, broccoli, red onion, red chilli peppers; red, yellow and green bell peppers, seasoned with lots of cayenne and paprika.
Breakfast: Leftover pizza Lunch: Same as above ahahah Dinner: Tostadas with refried beans, cheddar, leftover homemade guacamole, and chopped tomatoes with red/orange/yellow/green bell peppers and lime juice
