What did you eat for breakfast, lunch, and dinner today?

Breakfast: Skipped

Lunch: Shrimp and broccoli alfredo with linguine pasta; Berry Punch Minute Maid

Dinner: Steak Grilled Cheese Burrito and Nacho Fries from Taco Bell; Sweet Tea

Snack/Dessert: Watermelon Jolly Rancher; Strawberry My Mochi ice cream
 
Breakfast: The last bit of leftover pasta, brown rice with soy sauce, and baby carrots in balsamic vinegar
Lunch: Toast with raspberry jam and cheddar cheese instant grits
Dinner: Chopped and roasted sweet potatoes, white cabbage, apples, and vegetarian sausage
 
Breakfast: Honey Nut Cherrios and Coffee
Lunch: Avocado Ranch Salad, Apple Sauce, Water and Greek Lite Peach Yogurt
Dinner: Rice, Pork, Beans, and Diet Soda

dinner: sub sandwich with turkey, swiss cheese, lettuce, red onions, and mayo on white bread, and chocolate milk 🥪🧀🥬🧅🥛

snack/dessert: crispy mini cocoa crunch chips 🍫
 
Breakfast: Strawberry protein oats, topped with vanilla protein mousse, banana, granola, and peanut butter. 🍓🍌🥜

Lunch: Slice of dark rye sourdough with butter and marmite. Plus grapes, apricots, and a nectarine. 🍞🍇

Dinner: Chicken wrap with hummus and spinach. 🌯

Afternoon Snack: 3 chocolate biscuits + iced coffee :coffee:

Lunch: Same as breakfast
Dinner: Spaghetti with tomato sauce and green olives, and some baby carrots with balsamic vinegar on the side

lunch: salad with avocado, peppers, onions, tomatoes, vegan beet poké, feta, arugula, and spring mix 🍅🥬🧅🫑

snacks: cold brew with vanilla oat creamer, chai 🫖

dinner: squiggly noodles with gochujang, soy sauce, and roasted broccoli 🥦🍜

dessert: a peach, nonfat greek yogurt, and a popsicle 🍑 lazy girl strikes again 🤡

Dinner: Four cheese melt with tomatoes and roasted red/green/orange/yellow bell peppers on ciabatta bread; Peach Tea

Snack/Dessert: 2 Jolly Ranchers (Cherry & Blueberry); Strawberry My Mochi ice cream
 
I had some soft tacos right after work. I drank some orange juice and had some Goldfish crackers, Frank’s RedHot flavored.

I had cantaloupe yesterday (finally!) It's one of my favorite fruits for summer. I can't seem to find them this year, but since I went with my parents waaaay up north, they had some there. Hopefully they will be in season soon here at home.
I also had a taco. Made a potato casserole yesterday so had some of that while it was warm.
That was lunch and dinner.
I did have a small unhealthy snack later.
Today probably isn't going to look great either due to bday celebration but I feel its been like that for a couple of weeks due to bdays being close together and travel. I got apples in the fridge too at least though!
 
Breakfast: Protein weetabix with milk, granola, malted wheaties, and crunchy nut cornflakes on top 🥣🥛

Snack: Chocolate chip cookie with a chocolate protein pudding. 🍪

Dinner: Fish finger sandwich on dark rye bread with tartare sauce, pickles, and spinach. Plus some grapes and apricots. 🥪🍇

Afternoon Snack: 3 chocolate biscuits + iced coffee :coffee:

Snack/Dessert: 2 Dove chocolate candies (milk chocolate & dark chocolate); Strawberry Frosty from Wendy's

Lunch: Mixed green/red/black grapes, some baby carrots with balsamic vinegar, and toasted baguette slices with butter
Dinner: Salad (lettuce, cucumbers, pickles, green and black olives, red and yellow bell peppers, and pecans in zesty Italian dressing) and pizza topped with green and black olives, vegetarian sausage, and sauerkraut. Another bowl of mixed grapes for dessert.

lunch: my usual greens + avocado salad + garlic tzatziki 🫑🍅🥦, cold brew with oat creamer ☕

snacks: chai with one (mid) chai biscuit 🫖, banana chips (addictive) 🍌

dinner: french onion soup and a slice of toasted sourdough 🥣🥖

dessert: strawberries! 🍓
 
So far just a bowl of blueberries that I had picked from my blueberry garden. I woke up kind of late for me so I didn't want to eat anything too heavy and wait to eat a more fulfilling lunch.
