What did you eat for breakfast, lunch, and dinner today?

Breakfast: English breakfast tea ; Strawberry protein oats with peanut butter, banana, granola, frozen berries, and Greek yoghurt. 🫖🍓🍌

Snack: Snickers ice cream bar + protein chocolate mousse 🍫

Dinner: Vegan chicken fajita with spinach and Greek yoghurt ; an apple, a nectarine, and some dried apricots. 🌯🍎

Afternoon Snack: 3 biscuits + coffee :coffee:
 
Breakfast: Skipped

Lunch: Chicken Alfredo with broccoli, carrots, red peppers, and fettucine noodles; Dr. Pepper

Dinner: Grilled chicken sandwich with bacon, lettuce, tomato, mayo, and cheese; White cheddar cheese bites; Peach Tea

Snack/Dessert: 2 Hershey's Mini candies; Mint chocolate chip milkshake

lunch: leftover stir-fry with sausages, white rice, green, orange, yellow and red bell peppers, mushrooms, zucchini, and red onion 🍚🫑🍄🥒🧅

dinner: haddock, white rice, and a medley of corn, broccoli, and carrots 🐟🍚🌽🥦🥕
 
I had two more soft tacos today. I wasn’t craving them but the beef would have gone bad. I put pepper jack cheese on them.

I also wanted to try a Churro dipped cone from Dairy Queen, but my local one didn’t have it. I ended up getting an Oreo Blizzard instead. It sounded good at the time, lol, but I’m suddenly wishing I got a misty freeze.

Dinner: Tacos with vegetarian ground beef (cooked with lemon juice, honey, and chili powder), lettuce, shredded Colby-Jack cheese, mild salsa, and guacamole 🌮
Snacks: Blueberries, mini pretzels with guacamole, three Chips Ahoy chocolate chip cookies 🫐🥨🍪

I always like to prioritize leftovers since I don't like to let food go bad, but the lasagna... so heavy... stomach unhappy...

Breakfast: Strawberry protein pancakes topped with fresh strawberries and strawberry protein mousse (that is a LOT of strawberries wow) 🍓🥞

Lunch: 2 slices of toasted rye bread. One topped with butter and marmite. The other topped with peanut butter and banana. 🍞🧈🍌

Dinner: Baked tuna steak with spinach, quinoa, and corn on the cob. Then some grapes and apricots. 🐟🌽🍇

Afternoon Snack: 3 McVities Blissfuls biscuits + coffee 🍪:coffee:

Dinner: Nachos with leftover taco ingredients, plus the addition of some refried beans
Snacks: Mini pretzels and three Chips Ahoy chocolate chip cookies 🥨🍪

Dinner: Roasted potatoes and sauerkraut with sliced vegetarian sausage 🥔

I didn't realize until I typed this out that I had Mexican food for lunch and dinner. Not that that's a problem. I love Mexican food!
