What did you eat for breakfast, lunch, and dinner today?

Breakfast: Protein pancakes with sliced strawberries and strawberry protein yogurt 🥞🍓✨

Lunch/Snack: Protein weetabix with granola and milk. 🥣🥛

Dinner: Chicken wrap with hummus and spinach. Plus grapes and apricots. 🌯🍇

Afternoon Snack: 3 Jaffa Cakes + iced coffee :coffee:
 
breakfast: soggy cereal + milk, banana
lunch: cheese and tomato panini, couple of tortilla chips
dinner: leftover fish thing but without the fish (broth, green beans, onions), pasta and cheese

Breakfast: Cooked sausage links and eggs for myself! 🥚

Lunch: Had a really tasty sandwich on sour dough bread. 🥪

Dinner: Shrimp with mixed veggies! 🦐
 
I had a delicious spicy chicken sandwich from Panera Bread. I’ve never been there before but I really enjoyed this sandwich from them. They also included a bag of potato chips which was a nice surprise! It came with the sandwich but I didn’t know that at the time.
 
Breakfast: Scrambled Eggs, Whole Wheat Bread, and Coffee

Lunch: Avocado Ranch Salad, Greek Lite Blueberry Yogurt, Apple Sauce, and Water.

Dinner: Pizza and Soda (yeah my parents decided not to cook today so we just had a Pizza from the Freezer)
 
Breakfast: Leftover pizza and a bowl of mixed green, red, and black grapes
Lunch: A piece of baguette, a bowl of raspberries, and a few cream cheese jalapeño poppers
Dinner: Pinto beans and brown rice cooked with black olives, vegetarian sausage, and green/yellow/red bell peppers, plus another piece of baguette
Dessert: Mint hot cocoa

Lunch: Salad (lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, green bell peppers, mushrooms, carrots, and cheese with honey mustard dressing); Peach Tea

Dinner: Veggie quesadilla (tomatoes, mushrooms, zucchini, squash, and spinach with salsa and sour cream); Sprite

Snacks: Finished off my Dove chocolate pieces x4
 
yesterday

morning: iced latte
lunch: (vegan) blt and some coffee cake
dinner: chippy chips <3 with some potato fritters
snack: iced latte mochi ice cream

Lunch/Snack: Protein chocolate mousse. 🍫

Dinner: 2 slices of rye sourdough, one topped with roast beef, cottage cheese, hummus, and spinach. The other toasted with butter. Plus grapes, apricots, and a nectarine. 🍞🧈🍇

Afternoon Snack: 3 biscuits + mocha coffee :coffee:
 
Elevenses: Blueberry bagel with cream cheese

Lunch: Salad (lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, green bell peppers, mushrooms, carrots, and cheese with honey mustard dressing); Peach Tea

Dinner: Greek gyro, mozzarella sticks with marinara dipping sauce, and a Sweet Tea

Snacks: 2 Hershey's mini candy bars; Raspberry sorbet bar covered in dark chocolate

Lunch: A couple slices of cheese pizza (takeout)
Dinner: Sweet potato oven fries and a bowl of mixed green/red/black grapes

I had a spicy chicken sandwich with a delicious cinnamon roll afterwards. I drank lots of lemonade today, as well.

i have just decide not to eat after 6pm until next day to lose some weight for my health :(
