Breakfast: Leftover roasted potatoes and sauerkraut with veggie sausage 🥔
Lunch: A bowl of cubed watermelon and some pizza topped with the rest of the leftover sauerkraut dish and green/black olives 🍕
Dinner: More pizza
 
Breakfast: Protein weetabix with granola and milk. Plus an apple. 🥛🍎

Lunch: Mango 🥭

Dinner: Homemade shepherd's pie with corn on the cob. 🌽

Dessert: Snickers ice cream bar with protein chocolate mousse, grapes, and dried apricots. 🍫🍇

Afternoon Snack: 3 biscuits + coffee 🍪:coffee:
 
Breakfast: Skipped

Lunch: Bacon cheeseburger, fries, chicken nuggets; Sweet Tea

Dinner: Shrimp yakisoba with broccoli and other assorted vegetables; Peach Tea

Snacks/Dessert: 2 Hershey's Mini candy bars, Strawberry My Mochi ice cream, Dr. Pepper, and I got some cheese and crackers that I'll be having later.
 
I had two beefy melt burritos with mild sauce from Taco Bell. I also had a Mountain Dew Caribbean Splash (which is guava flavored) as my drink.
 
Breakfast: Cheddar cheese instant grits and whole wheat toast with butter and apple jelly 🍞🧈🍎
Lunch: A couple sandwiches on whole wheat—one peanut butter, one veggie patty with brown mustard, lettuce, and black olives 🥜🥪
Dinner: Brown rice with diced red/yellow/green bell peppers, jalapeños, and tomatoes with some lemon juice and cayenne seasoning 🍚🫑
 
yesterday was a sandwich kinda day 🤣

breakfast: turkey, swiss cheese, and mayo sandwich on white bread 🥪

lunch: skipped

dinner: an egg salad sandwich on sourdough bread 🥚🥪

dessert: a blueberry danish 🫐
 
Breakfast: Skipped.

Lunch: Spiced pork wrap with spinach. Plus grapes, apricots, and an apple. Then had a homemade chocolate brownie with some chocolate protein pudding. 🌯🍇🍎

Dinner: Battered fish fillet with a hashbrown and peas. 🐟

Afternoon Snack: Another brownie + a coffee :coffee:
 
Breakfast: Leftover rice dish, and then a peanut butter/raspberry jam sandwich since I was still hungry ahaha 🍚🥜
Lunch: A few cream cheese jalapeño poppers
Dinner: The same rice dish again (brown rice, red/yellow/green bell peppers, jalapeños, tomatoes, vegetarian ground beef, lemon juice & cayenne pepper) because it's good 🫑🍚
 
drinks: coffee with cinnamon creamer, hot chocolate, water
meals: cheesy quesadilla, pan fried tilapia fillet, chinese broccoli, rice
snacks: cherries, egg tarts

I had fried chicken this afternoon, and finished the night off with a spicy beef and cheese burrito and some instant noodles. I even picked up a small slushie since I had to swing by Target for something.
 
Elevenses: Blueberry bagel with cream cheese

Lunch: Three cheese baked ziti in alfredo sauce; Dr. Pepper

Dinner: Steak Grilled Cheese Burrito and Nacho Fries from Taco Bell; Sweet Tea

Snacks/Dessert: 2 Hershey's Mini candy bars, Raspberry sorbet bar covered in dark chocolate
 
Breakfast: Strawberry protein pancakes with strawberry protein yoghurt, strawberries, and honey. 🍓🥞🍯

Lunch: Bowl of malted wheaties and granola, with milk. 🥣🥛

Dinner: Spiced pork wrap with hummus, cheese, and spinach. An apple. 🌯🧀🍎

Afternoon Snack: A homemade brownie with coffee. :coffee:

Lunch: bell peppers, carrots, cucumber, and falafel with houmous and 2 slices of bread. Strawberries, blackberries, and red grapes.

Dinner: tomato, courgette, and halloumi bake over pasta with two slices of bread.

Dinner: Salad (green & red lettuce, red bell pepper, cucumber, pecans, black olives, radishes, balsamic vinegar) and roasted vegetable medley (potatoes, sweet potatoes, white turnips, asparagus, red/yellow/green bell peppers, zucchini, sliced vegetarian sausage) 🥗
