breakfast: skipped lunch: lettuce and potato salad with thousand island dressing dinner: ground beef with gochujang and soy sauce, scrambled eggs, and steamed broccoli with white rice and sriracha
Breakfast: Oatmeal with fresh strawberries and pecans—I accidentally put in too much salt, but thankfully it didn't turn out too poorly Lunch: Sauerkraut sandwich with a couple veggie patties, cucumber, and mozzarella, plus the last of the leftover beans/rice/veggie dish from the other night Dinner: Farfalle pasta with tomato sauce and veggies, and a couple slices of whole wheat garlic toast. I was still a little hungry afterwards, but pasta's generally too heavy for me to eat very much of without feeling unwell, so I also had a couple of granola bars (one apple/ginger and one dark chocolate) instead of grabbing seconds.
Just wanted to say this thread's been great for meal inspiration We've been trying not to eat the same stuff too much, and I've already got some more ideas for our next grocery trip!
Breakfast— Strawberry yogurt and a banana
Lunch— Leftover Chinese noodles, raspberries, blueberries, Sun Chips
Dinner— Chicken thighs with garlic and oregano, orzo, kale chips, spinach
Dessert— Leftover birthday cake (chocolate Devil’s food! Mmm!) and mint chip ice cream
Breakfast was skipped.
Lunch was grilled cheese.
Dinner was leftover shredded potato casserole and some chicken nuggets.
Snacks was graham crackers and I made some brownies. I wish I didn't because they are rich and they'll hang around but eh.
Breakfast: Peach yogurt with granola (though I noticed my yogurt brand has a lot of sugar so I'll be looking for a different one. The granola brand is good on sugar)
Lunch: Tofu scramble with red peppers on white rice
Dinner: Homemade potato and leek soup with soda crackers crumbled on top

Brunch: egg with cheese and avocado
Lunch: Dairy Queen fries and a cookie dough blizzard with my boy
Dinner: Pasta bolognese and a salad
Breakfast: coffee, yogurt, blueberry square
Lunch: Leftover rice with scrambled eggs and cheese in it
Dinner: Ravioli with lots of cheese (also had an egg sandwich before dinner)
Breakfast: Plain instant grits with soy sauce, a few mini vegetarian sausage links, and a blueberry/lemon granola bar Lunch: Leftover pasta from last night, a pink apple, and a dark chocolate/sea salt granola bar Dinner: Vegetable potstickers, homemade sweet potato oven fries, and salad with vinegar
I’ve eaten two burgers today, both of which had barbecue sauce and onions. They were real good. I’m not in the habit of eating three specific meals, so I’ll just eat when I’m hungry.
I also had a milkshake after work! I thought it was going to mess with my stomach but everything turned out to be okay.
Breakfast: sourdough toast with butter and strawberry-mango flavored green tea
Lunch: 3 apple slices (I was in a rush so couldn't pack much lunch)
Dinner: frozen pizza and coca-cola
Didn't eat a lot today but I'm about to have a snack and a glass of milk in a little while
