What did you eat for breakfast, lunch, and dinner today?

Yesterday
Breakfast was pb waffle and a cherry yogurt
Lunch was skipped
Dinner was plain cheerios (we weren't home, that is why it was weird)
Had leftover brownies for snack.
 
Breakfast: 2 slices of toast with cream cheese, watermelon, and coconut soya yoghurt. Ginger ale.

Lunch: falafel wrap, egg salad, and cucumber & carrot sticks with jalapeño houmous. Lemon & ginger tea.

Dinner: pork meatballs and mushrooms in a tortilla wrap with a homemade spicy arabiatta sauce and garlic dough balls. Tropical soft drink.


...dinner was meant to be a pasta dish. But after a stressful day and a very distracting conversation while making dinner I forgot to actually cook the pasta. So I improvised with corn tortilla wraps. 😅
 
breakfast: iced latte
lunch: 2 packs of hoola hoops (lol)
dinner: butternut tortellini w tomato and mascarpone sauce
 
breakfast: skipped
lunch: chicken breast with soy sauce, omelette, and steamed broccoli with white rice (from dinner yesterday)
dinner: carbonara (spaghetti, guanciale pork, egg yolk, and pecorino romano) [takeout]

Lunch was grilled cheese(still craving the garlic this week)
Dinner was broccoli and leftover potato casserole
Had brownie and nabbed some of my spouses Michigan cherry tomatoes chips as snacks.
 
Breakfast: Leftover veggie potstickers
Lunch: Leftover salad with vinegar and two granola bars (one mixed berry, one cinnamon/maple)
Dinner: Cream of mushroom soup with French-cut green beans and veggie patties, with some biscuits (the bread-y kind, not the cookie kind) on the side
 
Yesterday:
Meal 1: a bowl of bran flakes with granola sprinkled on top, a probiotic protein bar, and decaf pomegranate green tea.
Meal 2: toasted hummus sandwich on whole wheat bread, 1/2 mug of Cascadian Farms Purely O's cereal, and a crispy protein bar.

Today:
Meal 1: a bowl of bran flakes with granola sprinkled on top, a probiotic protein bar, and decaf pomegranate green tea.
Meal 2: 2 slices of jalapeño + red onion pizza and a crispy protein bar.
 
Breakfast: Skipped

Lunch: Turkey sub with lettuce, tomato, and mushrooms, Dr. Pepper

Dinner: Cheeseburger, Fries, Sweetened Iced Tea, and some Cadbury Mini Eggs
 
Breakfast: Egg, bacon, and cheese sandwich
Lunch: Leftover potato and leek soup
Dinner: Philly cheese steak sandwich with sweet potato fries
 
Breakfast: A glass of raw milk and desiccated organ supplements.
Lunch/Dinner: Grilled duck (husband and I split the whole thing).
 
Breakfast: coffee, blueberry muffin, yogurt, yogurt drink
Lunch: pork, baked potatoes, salad (leftovers from yesterday's dinner)
Dinner: pulled pork sandwich with cheese, half a (leftover) baked potato
Snacks: apple sauce, yogurt, honey-roasted peanuts, water, more coffee

dinner: instant ramen w/ beef and fish balls

Meal 2: Thai peanut noodles with tofu, eggplant, and bok choy, and a crispy protein bar.

Lunch: Shrimp Alfredo with Broccoli and Red Peppers, Raspberry Tea

Dinner: Shrimp Yakisoba, Dr. Pepper, Cadbury Creme Egg
 
Breakfast: Oatmeal with a green apple and cinnamon
Lunch: Cream cheese jalapeño poppers and a clementine—had another clementine and a piece of buttered toast as a snack later
Dinner: Lasagna

Breakfast: two eggs with mushrooms
Brunch: an egg with avocado
Lunch: Dairy Queen fries and a cookie dough blizzard with my son again 💙 (we go after the library and medical appointments)
Dinner: homemade Alfredo and a salad
