What did you eat for breakfast, lunch, and dinner today?

breakfast (best meal of the day): half a bagel with ricotta cheese + parsley + sprinkle of parmesan
lunch: skip
dinner: either skip again or ill make myself a breakfast dinner later lol, like a egg sandwich with some picante :}
 
Breakfast: Raspberry muffin
Lunch: Sushi, miso soup, and seaweed salad
Dinner: Egg salad on a wrap with cucumbers, cabbage, and a pickle
 
(Yesterday)

Breakfast: watermelon and strawberries. Lemon & ginger tea.

Lunch: falafel wrap, egg salad, and cucumber & carrot sticks with jalapeño houmous. Ginger ale.

Dinner: salt & chilli chips and chicken. (takeout)

Dessert: chocolate éclair, strawberries, and raspberries. Cabernet sauvignon.
 
Breakfast: sausage, egg, & cheese croissant
Lunch: smoked sausage with veggies & white rice
Dinner: pasta that was like spaghetti mixed with alfredo & garlic bread
 
Breakfast: Toast (again)
Lunch: Salad, but this time with pork as the obligatory meat whose fat content probably counteracts the health benefits of eating salad.
Dinner: Baked salmon
 
Breakfast: 2 slices of toast with strawberry jam, coconut soya yoghurt, and a handful of strawberries. Ginger ale.

Lunch: cheeseburger and chips at Wetherspoons. Corona. 🍻

Snack: Blueberry muffin. Earl Grey tea.

Dinner: beef noodle broth made with rump steak, rice vermicelli, beansprouts, pak choi, scallions, and mushrooms. Cabernet sauvignon.
 
Meal 1: a bowl of bran flakes with granola sprinkled on top, a probiotic protein bar, and decaf pomegranate green tea.
Meal 2: pickled carrot sushi rolls, wheat toast with olive oil spread, and a crispy protein bar.
 
Breakfast: coffee
Lunch: instant ramen
Dinner: one hamburger (homemade)
Snacks: honey-roasted peanuts, more coffee

Definitely not the most healthy or fulfilling meals I've had in a day. We might have lasagna for tomorrow's dinner, so I'm looking forward to that.
 
Breakfast: Leftover lasagna and a clementine
Lunch: Another clementine, toast with honey, and some strawberries
Dinner: Pizza topped with black and green olives and banana peppers
 
Breakfast: Blueberry Bagel with cream cheese (At noon)

Lunch: Homemade Salad (Lettuce, Carrots, Mushrooms, Peppers, Tomatoes, Cheese & Catalina Dressing), Citrus Green Tea, Cadbury Creme Egg

Dinner: Grilled Cheese Burrito & Nacho Fries from Taco Bell, Dr. Pepper, Oreo Cone

Lunch: 4 Sirniki
Dinner: Saffron Jasmine rice, buttered sautéed shrimp, sautéed mushrooms, and avocado
 
breakfast - soggy cereal, banana
lunch - avocado on toast, peanut butter, banana
dinner - had a wicked (brand) wrap with mayo and cheese on the side 😌

Breakfast: lorne sausage & a fried egg in a bread roll, and watermelon. Earl Grey tea and orange juice.

Lunch: falafel wrap and egg salad.

Dinner: sweet potato wedges and popcorn chicken. Tropical soft drink.

Supper: rich tea biscuits and Earl Grey tea.

I had a busy day today, so didn’t eat as much as I’d like to think I would have.
Breakfast: Two eggs + coffee
Lunch: 4 Sirniki
Dinner: 2 slices of roasted pork butt with mashed potatoes and ham gravy. (Man, dinner was so good.)
