breakfast (best meal of the day): half a bagel with ricotta cheese + parsley + sprinkle of parmesan
lunch: skip
dinner: either skip again or ill make myself a breakfast dinner later lol, like a egg sandwich with some picante :}
Breakfast: sausage, egg, & cheese croissant Lunch: smoked sausage with veggies & white rice Dinner: pasta that was like spaghetti mixed with alfredo & garlic bread
Breakfast: Toast (again) Lunch: Salad, but this time with pork as the obligatory meat whose fat content probably counteracts the health benefits of eating salad. Dinner: Baked salmon
Meal 1: a bowl of bran flakes with granola sprinkled on top, a probiotic protein bar, and decaf pomegranate green tea. Meal 2: pickled carrot sushi rolls, wheat toast with olive oil spread, and a crispy protein bar.
Breakfast: Leftover lasagna and a clementine Lunch: Another clementine, toast with honey, and some strawberries Dinner: Pizza topped with black and green olives and banana peppers
breakfast: skipped lunch: half of a panini with prosciutto, melted mozzarella, tomato, and basil pesto + loaded potato soup with bacon (both takeout) dinner: skipped
Meal 1: a bowl of bran flakes with granola sprinkled on top, a probiotic protein bar, and decaf pomegranate green tea. Meal 2: pesto cavatappi with roasted tomatoes and eggplant, and a crispy protein bar.
I had a busy day today, so didn’t eat as much as I’d like to think I would have.
Breakfast: Two eggs + coffee
Lunch: 4 Sirniki
Dinner: 2 slices of roasted pork butt with mashed potatoes and ham gravy. (Man, dinner was so good.)
