Breakfast: Leftover Homemade Cupcakes and homemade Latte
Lunch: Homemade Deep Fried Lemon Pepper Chicken Nuggets
Dinner (Will be in a couple hours): Homemade Chicken Alfredo Lasagna
My dad gave us some chicken breasts he had frozen. It was like eight pieces. Frozen together 'cause the man don't know how to portion things out XD So I had to make lunch and dinner out of that, but at least they will be amazing.
Meal 1: a bowl of bran flakes with granola sprinkled on top, a probiotic protein bar, and decaf pomegranate green tea. Meal 2: 2 slices of jalapeño and red onion pizza (deep dish) and a crispy protein bar.
Breakfast: A kiwi, some more tostadas, and three mini apricot/raspberry thumbprint jam cookies Lunch: Two slices of whole wheat guacamole toast and a bowl of raspberries Dinner: Roasted cabbage, sweet potato, bell pepper, and sliced veggie sausage. Two mini Swiss cake rolls for dessert.
Breakfast: Toast and honey with a cup of tea
Lunch: Minestrone Soup
Dinner: Jacket potato with ratatouille
( might be having a glass of wine as it’s Friday night )
Breakfast: Leftover roasted veggies and a couple of mini Swiss cake rolls Lunch: Tomato sandwiches (one with lettuce, the other with sauerkraut) and a can of French-cut green beans, then a couple slices of cheddar cheese as a snack later Dinner: Pizza topped with green and black olives, banana peppers, and sliced tomatoes. Three little raspberry/apricot jam cookies and a third of a dark chocolate (70%) and sea salt bar for dessert. Split with the family—it was super good. (*´꒳`*) Haven't had dark chocolate in ages.
I keep forgetting to mention this, but I always drink either green tea or plain water throughout the day, or sometimes sparkling water if we happen to have some.
Breakfast: A glass of raw milk with desiccated organ capsules. Lunch/Dinner: Pan-seared salmon with melted butter and a squeeze of lemon juice and a bowl of squid tentacles. Snack: A glass of raw milk with a small piece of dark chocolate.
Today: Meal 1: a bowl of bran flakes with granola sprinkled on top, a probiotic protein bar, and decaf pomegranate green tea. Meal 2: tofu nachos with white queso, black olives, and lime rice.
Yesterday: Meal 1: a bowl of bran flakes with granola sprinkled on top, a probiotic protein bar, and decaf pomegranate green tea. Meal 2: toasted hummus sandwich on whole what bread, and a crispy protein bar.
Yesterday Breakfast: coffee, cookies Lunch: leftover Chinese macaroni, egg roll Dinner: pork, baked potatoes, salad (lettuce, cheese, onions, carrots, ranch) Snacks: wafers, biscuits, water
Today Breakfast: coffee, cereal (off-brand Mini-Wheats) Lunch: skipped Dinner: hash browns, chicken nuggets Snacks: water, tea, apple (we also got some icecream and doughnuts so I might have some later)
I’ve missed a couple days of this, but today I had:
breakfast: 2 eggs
lunch: spinach/arugula/kale salad with cheese and cajun chicken with creamy French dressing (omg I’m hooked, it’s so good.)
