What did you eat for breakfast, lunch, and dinner today?

Breakfast (1/2, home): Alpen (no added sugar) muesli and a blueberry muffin. Orange juice.

Breakfast (2/2, work): 2 slices of toast with nutella and a fruit & nut bar (chocolate, cranberries, and macadamia nuts). Lemon & ginger tea.

Lunch: leftover seasoned salmon, white rice, and homemade miso soup. A hard-boiled egg, cucumber & carrot sticks with houmous, honeydew melon, and coconut soya yoghurt. Green tea.

Dinner: chicken nuggets, fries, and a cheeseburger from McDonalds. (takeout)
 
Breakfast: Toast and coffee

Lunch: Tesco meal deal (Sandwich , fresh orange juice, crisps)

Dinner: Home made vegetable pasta bake

dinner - fake fish w asparagus and potato smiles
 
Meal 1: a bowl of bran flakes with granola sprinkled on top, a probiotic protein bar, and decaf pomegranate green tea.
Meal 2: cavatappi pasta with cashew "cheese", red peppers + artichokes, a crispy protein bar, and a few bourbon salted pecans because hormones are causing sweet/salty cravings at the moment. 😋
 
Breakfast: coffee, yogurt and then orange juice
Lunch: chicken strips and more coffee
Snacks: peanut granola bar and chocolate chip muffin
Dinner: nachos with cheese, bell pepper, green onions, black beans and chicken
 
Breakfast: coffee, yogurt, blueberry square
Lunch: sandwich (English muffin, mayonnaise, cheese, ham)
Dinner: fish, egg roll, spring roll, rice and macaroni with vegetables
Snacks: apple sauce, wafers, yogurt, water
 
Breakfast: Plain instant grits with soy sauce, a few mini veggie sausage links, and a peanut butter sandwich
Lunch: Oatmeal with blueberries
Dinner: Homemade tostadas (refried beans, cheese, salsa, homemade guacamole)
 
Dinner: Steak Grilled Cheese Burrito and a Soft Taco from Taco Bell, Dr. Pepper, and Raspberry Ice Cream

dinner: penne alla vodka with grilled chicken (takeout)

Lunch: Crackers, cheese, pepperoni stick
Dinner: Leftover stroganoff pasta with veggies

Lunch: seasoned salmon, white rice, and leftover homemade miso soup. A hard-boiled egg, silverskin onions, cucumber & carrot sticks with houmous. Green tea.

Dinner: a stirfry* made with egg noodles, beansprouts, pak choi, scallions, mushrooms, white onions, carrots, tomato, red peppers, and red chilis seasoned with lots of cayenne pepper. Cabernet sauvignon.

*aka. that one dish Chris makes when there are veggies to use up.

Today I had -
breakfast: 2 eggs
lunch: Dairy Queen fries and a small cookie dough blizzard with Nicholas (it’s medical appointment week)
dinner: homemade chicken tacos
 
Breakfast: A clementine, brown rice with butter, salt, and pepper, and a couple mini Swiss cake rolls and three mini apricot/raspberry thumbprint jam cookies (little treat for after my doctor's appointment today hehe)
Lunch: Stir fried brown rice with corn, carrots, green beans, and peas, and some watermelon on the side
Dinner: Cheese ravioli with tomato sauce, and a couple more mini Swiss rolls for dessert
 
Breakfast: coffee, yogurt, yogurt drink
Lunch: macaroni with vegetables, spring roll + egg roll (leftovers from yesterday)
Dinner: chicken, leftover rice
Snacks: water, apple sauce, wafers, pistachios
 
Breakfast: Banana, Light Greek Peach Yogurt, and Blueberries
Lunch: Spinach Salad
Dinner: Stew Chicken with Pasta
 
Breakfast: Skipped

Lunch: Chicken, broccoli, and rice in a cheese sauce, Green Tea

Dinner: Chicken sandwich with cheese, bacon, lettuce, tomato, and mayo, Raspberry White Tea, Mint Chocolate Chip milkshake
 
Breakfast: Raspberry muffin and grapes
Lunch: Egg salad sandwich with cucumber Radishes with caesar dressing to dip
Dinner: Pizza and garlic bread
 
I missed a few days due to busyness but they weren't great eating days anyway due to being away from home.
