What did you eat for breakfast, lunch, and dinner today?

Breakfast: Blueberry Bagel with cream cheese (At noon)

Lunch: Homemade Salad (Lettuce, Carrots, Mushrooms, Tomatoes, Cheese & Catalina Dressing), Citrus Green Tea, and I finished off my Cadbury Mini Eggs

Dinner: Greek Gyro, Jalapeno Poppers, Sweet Tea, Oreo Cone
 
breakfast: second half of panini with prosciutto, melted mozzarella, tomato, and basil pesto (leftover takeout)
lunch: crepe w/ cannoli cream, strawberries, and nutella (takeout)
dinner: skipped
 
Breakfast: A clementine and leftover pizza
Lunch: Same as breakfast; I also had some Cheerios (no milk) with raspberries as a snack later
Dinner: Roasted squash and zucchini, roasted potatoes, sauerkraut with slices of vegetarian sausage, and pickled cucumber slices. Watermelon for dessert!
 
Breakfast: Bagel with cream cheese
Got so busy cleaning the basement that I forgot about lunch lol.
Dinner: Leftover potato and leek soup with bacon grilled cheese
 
Breakfast (1/2, home): 45g of Alpen (no added sugar) muesli with soya milk. Orange juice.

Breakfast (2/2, work): 2 slices of toast with cream cheese and a coconut soya yoghurt. Breakfast tea with oat milk.

Lunch: falafel wrap, egg salad, cucumber sticks and houmous, and watermelon. Black coffee.

Snack: Kit kat lotus biscoff bites. Ginger ale. (blood sugar boost)

Dinner: seasoned salmon, white rice, and homemade miso soup*.

*my first time attempting this! Next time less seaweed and no added salt! 😂
 
Yesterday:

Breakfast
: Banana
Dinner: Orange ginger stir fry with chicken, bean sprouts, red pepper, broccoli, and onions
Dessert: Two mini chocolate banana muffins & vanilla ice cream

Today:

Breakfast:
Avocado toast with egg
Dinner: Leftover stir fry
 
Breakfast: Toast (again, again)
Lunch: Salad (again, again)
Dinner: Nachos

Snacks: None. I've committed myself to making healthy choices and cutting down on all unnecessary snacks in between meals.

Just kidding, I had a chocolate bar. And a soft drink.

lunch: potatoes with thousand island dressing and sriracha
dinner: eggs w/ white rice and soy sauce

I've had some poor eating habits for the past few days as I'm stressed w/ work and my fridge is mostly empty, but work should be settling down after today and I will do a grocery run tomorrow. ☺️
 
Breakfast: Skipped

Lunch: Chicken Fajita bowl with rice, onions, and a variety of peppers, Dr. Pepper, 2 Cookies & Cream Hershey Kisses

Dinner: Cheeseburger, Fries, Sweet Tea, Cookie Dough Waffle Cone
 
Breakfast: Leftover sauerkraut with sliced veggie sausage and a side of some watermelon
Lunch: Cream cheese crackers with pickled cucumbers, also a few jalapeño poppers
Dinner: Cheese tortellini with stir-fried green, red, and orange bell peppers and vegetarian ground beef; more watermelon for dessert
 
Meal 1: a bowl of bran flakes with granola sprinkled on top, a probiotic protein bar, and decaf pomegranate green tea.
Meal 2: portobello tortelloni with tomatoes and peppers, and a crispy protein bar.

I suppose I'll also mention that I don't do snacks (ever) and I chug water all day, which is all I drink aside from my breakfast tea.
 
Breakfast: Croissant + blackberries

Lunch: Tuna sandwich, cheetos puffs, a pear

Dinner: pasta, yogurt, half a leftover Turkey sandwich

Lunch: A banana, some granola, and a green tea
Dinner: A Subway Italian BMT with lettuce, tomato, black olives, and mayonnaise, Baked Lays Original Chips, a chocolate chip cookie, and a Sweet Tea

Dinner - pizza bagels, strawberries with sugar sprinkled on top
Dessert - cookies and milk
 
Breakfast: Crackers, pepperoni stick, babybel cheese, snow peas and caesar dressing dip
Lunch: Leftover potato and leek soup
Dinner: Beef stroganoff with bacon and veggies (no beef lol)

Yesterday I had -

Lunch: Bowties in Alfredo sauce
Dinner: Steak fajitas

Today so far -
Breakfast: Ka’Chava shake
 
Breakfast: A dozen scrambled eggs and butter, plus desiccated organ supplements with raw milk.
Dinner: 5 grass-fed beef patties and a glass of raw milk.
 
Breakfast: Skipped

Lunch: Chicken Alfredo with fettucine noodles, carrots, broccoli, and red peppers, Raspberry White Tea, 2 Cookies & Cream Hershey Kisses

Dinner: TBD

I'll also mention that I drink water all day unless otherwise noted and my 'snacks' are just the sweets I eat for dessert. I almost never snack outside of meals.
