Breakfast: A clementine and leftover pizza Lunch: Same as breakfast; I also had some Cheerios (no milk) with raspberries as a snack later Dinner: Roasted squash and zucchini, roasted potatoes, sauerkraut with slices of vegetarian sausage, and pickled cucumber slices. Watermelon for dessert!
Breakfast: Bagel with cream cheese
Got so busy cleaning the basement that I forgot about lunch lol.
Dinner: Leftover potato and leek soup with bacon grilled cheese
breakfast: oatmeal with oat milk lunch: potatoes with thousand island dressing and sriracha dinner: eggs w/ white rice and soy sauce
I've had some poor eating habits for the past few days as I'm stressed w/ work and my fridge is mostly empty, but work should be settling down after today and I will do a grocery run tomorrow.
Breakfast: Leftover sauerkraut with sliced veggie sausage and a side of some watermelon Lunch: Cream cheese crackers with pickled cucumbers, also a few jalapeño poppers Dinner: Cheese tortellini with stir-fried green, red, and orange bell peppers and vegetarian ground beef; more watermelon for dessert
Meal 1: a bowl of bran flakes with granola sprinkled on top, a probiotic protein bar, and decaf pomegranate green tea. Meal 2: portobello tortelloni with tomatoes and peppers, and a crispy protein bar.
I suppose I'll also mention that I don't do snacks (ever) and I chug water all day, which is all I drink aside from my breakfast tea.
Breakfast: Skipped Lunch: A banana, some granola, and a green tea Dinner: A Subway Italian BMT with lettuce, tomato, black olives, and mayonnaise, Baked Lays Original Chips, a chocolate chip cookie, and a Sweet Tea
Breakfast - bagel with strawberry cream cheese
Lunch - 6 apple slices with peanut butter
Dinner - pizza bagels, strawberries with sugar sprinkled on top
Dessert - cookies and milk
Breakfast: Crackers, pepperoni stick, babybel cheese, snow peas and caesar dressing dip
Lunch: Leftover potato and leek soup
Dinner: Beef stroganoff with bacon and veggies (no beef lol)
Breakfast: A dozen scrambled eggs and butter, plus desiccated organ supplements with raw milk. Dinner: 5 grass-fed beef patties and a glass of raw milk.
Lunch: Chicken Alfredo with fettucine noodles, carrots, broccoli, and red peppers, Raspberry White Tea, 2 Cookies & Cream Hershey Kisses
Dinner: TBD
I'll also mention that I drink water all day unless otherwise noted and my 'snacks' are just the sweets I eat for dessert. I almost never snack outside of meals.
