I got back to work this morning (I've been off the last 2 weeks), and there was a small pile of gifts from customers for me - some homemade fudge (with notes saying that they had been carefully made/packaged to Covid standards - I appreciate the reassurance 
), several cards, scratch tickets, and gift cards (Dunkin'! That'll keep me caffeinated for a bit). It was very sweet and kind.
I also got word this morning that my Secret Santa package is finally arriving (it got held up in the vortex of deliveries pre-Christmas), so I'll edit this post tonight with whatever is in there.
ETA: I've opened my Secret Santa package and thanked them. There were some lovely items, and I wanted to share.
An embroidery kit (which I've wanted to learn), her favorite book (you cannot go wrong with Kurt Vonnegut), a "blast from the past" - Hello Kitty Tamogatchi (not sure I'll use it, but it made me laugh), and finally a pair of mittens and a headband she crocheted for me. Those will keep me warm for many seasons.

Usually I only let money be transferred to my bank account and refuse any other type of gift, but this year I for some reason wanted to experience traditional gifting again. I asked my parents for a bunch of tea-related stuff this year since I'm a big tea drinker, but so far I've only experienced the cheap bags from discounters. I asked for quite expensive white tea (big fan), black tea (not a fan) and green tea (my love) and some herbal teas as well as a tea pot because I didn't have any of that before. I also somehow convinced my father to paint a cup and a little porcelain tray with some of my favorite animal crossing villagers and my favorite Pokémon by hand lmao. It'll probably be the last Christmas I'll spend with them, so I figured I'll get some sort of memorabilia. I painted him something in return, also Pokémon-related since he and my mother are obsessed with playing Go
Only semi-related but a few weeks prior to Xmas I also got another ugly Christmas sweater with dogs wearing red pompon noses on it, because my parents now think it should be tradition that I receive one every single year. And that's all!

A bunch of books (like...7, I think). A few about cloud formations, a few about the behavior of birds, a few Sigurd F. Olsen journals about nature...stuff like that. Some beer. Some weatherproof pants. A new belt knife. A few video games (Pikmin 3, and Kingdom Hearts Melody of Memories for Switch, Yakuza 'Like a Dragon' for Xbox). I actually love the Kingdom Hearts music game. I played the demo a while back, and was instantly hooked. By far one of the most surprising games that I've come to appreciate.

i got a mac from my parents, 3 snoopy items from one of my friends, a nagisa jacket from another friend, a kpop album and a rose necklace from my bf and kpop merch from my brother lol oh and a michael kors purse from my cousin
I got:
- a massage backrest chair thingy (like a husband pillow) to help me study in bed. I'm not a desk person, so I'll help me relax while studying on my bed at school. It even has a little reading light and pockets to hold my laptop, books, etc.
- Air Force 1 shoes! They're super comfy and I love them way more than I thought I would. I'm usually not a sneaker gal but these may have changed my mind!
-Gift cards to Starbucks and Urban Outfitters
- the folklore cardigan. I'm a total Taylor Swift nerd and would never have admitted that before this year, but I'm learning that it's ok to express my nerdy interests. Plus, everyone's Spotify wrapped revealed that a ton of us actually secretly like TS.
- A plant book from my brother!

For christmas: I got a few nintendo eshop gift cards (one of which my friend purposely bought so I could get clubhouse games! and i'm having so much fun!), a drawing from a friend of Zhongli from Genshin Impact, snacks, and christmas cards~

I got a customized yeti cup that is rainbow cheetah print with my name and all the Lisa Frank coloring book cats on it from my brother. And money from my dad.
my birthday and christmas are very close together so i'll include both. i bought a lot of my own stuff this year because the pandemic has been pretty hard on my parents financially. on my birthday i got the steve madden x uo duggie boots which i had been dying for. they're these knee-high platform boots and i'm in love with them. i bought myself some clothes, glossier makeup, and a really nice quilt. for christmas i got some nice underwear, a fluffy fitted sheet, some really cosy slipper socks, a cute valentino purse, and a big box of my favourite instant noodles from costco (can you tell i'm a uni student lol). my friends got me mostly chocolates, alcohol, and skincare stuff! one friend gave me a phoebe bridgers vinyl pin which was super thoughtful, and another got me an amazon gift card which i used to buy stuff to make bubble tea at home (honeydew milk tea, lychee popping boba. you'll love it)
christmas/my birthday was a lot different this year but i'm happy i was able to spend it with my family, surprise my mum with some shoes she really wanted, and exchange gifts with my friends (albeit over zoom).

Mostly giftcards so that was nice :3 I still haven't used them all. My favorite gift is my ipad, it was a combined christmas/graduation gift, but I've been using it nonstop for my drawing. It feels so smooth to use and the whole process of drawing a lot more enjoyable than it used to be when i was stuck sitting at my computer the whole time. now i can draw on the sofa and even in bed c:

I got a beautiful ring with a yellow stone (my favorite color) from my boyfriend! I got some tidbits from my parents, but that was my big gift this year. We aren't ready for marriage so this is the next best thing! I just want to show my love for him off!

now this is a funny story so I got a wireless controller for my bday last year and I loved it besides the delay about it it was a off brand controller so I asked for one this year I found what I wanted and put it on a list but what I didn’t know was is wasn’t Nintendo 
and before I knew that it was off brand my big brother got it for me and I put the right one on my list later and my brother realized so he had to return it to get the right one but because he had to do that it made it funny for me and it became my favorite gift
