What do you want to learn from the Nintendo Direct?

I want to know how amiibo compatibility will work, about time travel, about the shops/shopping center possibility, and maybe most of all, I want to know how many villagers we can have per town! I am really hoping it's 15 like on the GC!

Information on extra players for those that share an island or want to add extra profile.
Does each extra player need 6.2GB? In ACNL it was saved on the cartridge.
Is the museum shared or does it only show what the each player donated when they log in?

But mostly I'd just like to see how all the systems and forms of points/currency/crafting recipes will work. I hope they aren't making it too complicated because one of the things I enjoy is it's simplicity.

I would also like to hear about the amiibo functionality as well.
I don't have a switch (the AC themed preorder switch will be my first) so I was wondering if it has a built in reader.
I saw the pro controller has one which I ordered but I wasn't sure if the console has capability like the newest 3DS did.

the switch has a built in reader in the right joystick, I believe (if it's the same as the older switch models)

Like most, no exploration spoilers. But I want to know what clothes designing looks like and if there are seperate locations or islands.

i'm most interested in how amiibos work with NH and how the whole save thing is going to work. if i really can't transfer my save from one switch to another then i'm going to be a little disappointed, unless what they're doing with the cloud saves will let you transfer.

saves that use more than 1 profile i can get not being transferable, but since i'll only use 1 i don't see any reason why my save couldn't come over when i transfer my profile...

If there will be something like tortimers island in this game.

Some new pwp/craftables so I can get an idea of what I want my island to look like.

i want to know more about character customisation, character length, new villagers, the new npcs, how big the island is, clothing options (how does sharing and making designs work this time around and showcasing more of the backpacks/new shapes and styles), etc etc. really, i'll just be glad to have heard anything.

I think the things I'd like to know the most are:
- Any new villager personalities/animal types/changes to how they interract?
- How/where are shops, the museum and buildings like that integrated?
- How does furnishing work, HHD style or no? And can we customise animals' homes?
- What sort of mini games or other fun side activities can we expect?
- Can we put items closer together/to edges/to buildings in general, or do we have to abide by the 1gap rule still?

There's a lot of other stuff I'd love to know too, but I think these are some of the core gameplay features that matter to me!

for me, it?s footage of important gameplay (ex. holidays) and revealing anything that isn?t a basic function - i don?t want to see a more developed island, for example, as i?d like to see that progress for myself aha
