What does it mean if someones profile pic is gray with a white siloute, and that you can't leave a visitor message? Does this mean they are banned?

This most likely means they probably decided to leave TBT or they got banned. I've seen someone like this so I'm assuming they got banned based on what I saw. If you know what they're E-mail is then you can ask them.
