Usually I do my skin care and brush/floss my teeth. Sometimes I'll browse Reddit before bed. I rarely play Animal Crossing before bed but sometimes I'll leave my Switch on overnight so that way when I wake up at 6am I can just hop on right away.
Well I usually go on my phone check if I got any notifications and I’ll check tbt and see if anything good is going on and I’ll sometime chat with my friends for a min and then I go to bed
It's p random since I hate having to force myself to sleep. Most of the time I just end up falling asleep. But uhh sometimes I go on my phone and read something, I have a blue light filter that makes my phone so dark it actually helps me sleep.
I chug half a glass of water, tbh.
Sure, I have to pee like hell later on, but you sleep worse if you're dehydrated, so it's a problem for later me to deal with.
Brush my teeth, wash and moisturise my face, go to the bathroom, drink some water and put my phone on charge! Sometimes I read a bit before I sleep, or I listen to some ASMR, it helps me feel sleepy.
I have been scrolling on my phone lately but I'm trying to curb that habit and replace it with something else cause it's been affecting my sleep. I do check how much review I have to do I'm the morning to mentally prepare myself.
i like scrolling through instagram or tiktok before i go to bed haha but sometimes tiktok will keep me awake for hours ;; so im just there in bed trying to fall asleep. but usually when i start feeling sleepy i play a video on youtube for background noise and fall asleep to it (i cannot sleep in silence unless im dead tired)
No matter how tired I am, I always brush my teeth, floss, rinse with mouthwash and wash my face. Most days I'll apply lotion or if I'm in the mood, I'll do my skincare routine but lately I haven't been keeping up. Pretty obvious stuff but I can't fall asleep without doing them. I had a lot of cavities when I was younger which made me meticulous about cleaning my teeth.
unfortunately................... my gacha game dailies ))) there's a bunch of quests you can do to level up faster if you do them everyday on honkai impact and every night i foolishly say "this will stop me from playing while i should be studying" and then i end up staying up an additional hour playing mobile games in the dark oops :-----)
Sometimes I watch a film in my room, sometimes I eat chocolate, sometimes I drink something non alcoholic, brush my teeth, use hand cream, turn my light off
