It really depends on if I have work the next day! Right now I usually go to bed around 11-11:30, but pre-pandemic when I had to be up every day (RIP to my teaching job) I usually went to bed around 10-10:30, or earlier if it was supposed to snow the next morning because my commute took me about an hour to get to work.
I get in bed at 10:30, but it can take an hour or longer for me to fall asleep. I try to go to bed early because I wake up multiple times throughout the night usually after each dream ends and then it takes a while for me to fall back asleep.
I’m a sleepy gal and need at least 8 hours of sleep to function, so depending on what time I need to be up in the morning I can sleep anywhere between 8pm-12am (I only sleep so early because I’m up at 4am for work)
