What time do you usually go to sleep?

usually near midnight on nights where i have school the next morning, but on weekends sometimes it's a little later!
 
I try to go to bed early, somewhat around 10PM. Never been a fan of staying up so damn late (i.e 1, 2, 3AM). It's not good for one's health and you're more likely to get dark circles around your eyes.

my sleeping schedule has honestly been all over the place this year but most nights, i usually go to sleep sometime between 2am - 5am ;v;
 
I usually go to sleep around 2:00 AM or 3:00 AM.

I am a night owl, as well as a former third shifter (overnight shift). My work schedule was 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM, so this is pretty normal for me. During my third shift time, I used to sleep from 7:30 AM to around 2:00 PM.

Are you an early bird or a night owl? What time do you usually sleep?

My sleep schedule has been pretty off lately. I usually run a lot of things through my head at night and stress has been hitting me as well. I usually stay awake until 11pm but have now I have been staying up way past 2am at times 😅
 
on weekdays, usually around midnight. i try to at least be in bed a little bit before then, but it's rare i'm actually asleep before midnight. weekends really depend on what i'm doing, sometimes it's the same or sometimes it's 3am 🤷🏼‍♀️
 
I feel like even when I want to go to bed earlier (say like before/or at 10 PM) I find myself waking up at 2 AM every single time, like clockwork and then it’s super hard to go back to sleep. I will literally toss and turn until about 4AM. But if I go to sleep at like 2 AM-3AM I sleep all the way until at least 10 AM (normal wake up time no matter what time I go to sleep), no wake ups in between. So i feel the latter is more ideal. I would love to be more of an early bird gets the worms but being a night owl has always been my life.
 
I am up at 8am and go to sleep at 12am.
But... It usually takes me till 1am to go to sleep.
Takes an hour for my brain to shut off 😕
 
Whwn I have school, I try to go to bed around 9:30 or 10 but usually, it's more like 10:30 or 11. On the weekends or of there's no school, I usually go to sleep at around midnight or 12:30.
 
During the week I go to sleep at about 10pm. But if it's the weekend or i'm on vacation, I can stay up until 3am if I wanted. I usually stay up till about 1am or 2am though.
 
I usually go to bed between midnight - 1 am. Sometimes later but it's usually not ever earlier than that, unless I am super tired or something.
 
I usually try to go to bed around 10:30-11 PM. I'm in quarantine right now because I have COVID-19 (ahhh send help) so I'm sleeping in way later than I should. I really need to reset my sleep schedule. Anyway, I'm and insomniac so I can't actually fall asleep, and I usually fall asleep around 1-2 which is so bad for me. I wake up normally at 6:45-7:00 AM for school, which I hate. (Burn all schools down please..)
 
I try to sleep at 10 pm. But I have a hard time sleeping, so I may as well stay up. But I don't.
 
I used to be a night owl but then as I've got older I'm into bed before 10 most nights even if I just sit reading for a little bit. Usually up early morning thanks to the dogs wanted to be fed and they usually stare at me from around 9pm as if to tell me its bedtime 😂
 
at the moment i usually go to bed around midnight and fall asleep around 1 am. i'm trying to sleep earlier and wake up earlier but it's not going great. i want to get up at 8 am every day but instead i wake up around 10 am most days.
 
Around 11 PM. 12 PM or 1 AM if I'm staying up too late, but never past that.
 
Previously, I slept at 10-11PM, now recently I started sleeping around quarter to 9 or around 9 PM.
 
I've been having a hard time sleeping lately. No matter what time I go to bed, I usually end up falling asleep around 1 or 2 . ;.;
 
I try to sleep before 2am, but if I get really into what I'm doing, I'll sleep between 3-4am.
