What was your first post on your island's bulletin board?

I'm planning on resetting my island soon and while saying farewell to all my villagers via the bulletin board, I realized I had never posted on my own bulletin board until today (and I got a Nook Mile Achievement for it). What was everyone's first post on their island's bulletin board? Besides that post, the first other postings on my bulletin board were drawings my friends made saying Hi when we all visited each others' islands for the first time around launch.

I just never found a reason to, y'know? I even know you get an achievement for it, but I don't just want to randomly post NONSENSE- it has to MEAN something!

on my second island I wrote the date that the island was founded and that it was supposed to be a safe place for vampires.

Thats hilarious. But come to think about it, no one else is worried your basically "stuck" on the island once you get there. I mean they even have nets and bouy circliling the whole island. Kind of be cool if there was a mainland you could visit.

I wrote “a” on Arctin cuz I just wanted to get through the achievement quickly.

On Evwirt I wrote “if you’re reading this, a wild child lives here” as a callback to what I often write on others’ boards-“if you’re reading this a wild child was here”.

I was drawing with my finger and it was giving me some trouble. I drew on my board every day until Mayish. Now I only use it for birthdays and some holidays. I have them all saved now that a lot of my old ones are bumped off and they are really nostalgic to look at! You should definitely write/draw on your bulletin more on your new island

I wrote Bohemian Rhapsody lyrics in New Horizons. In the original Gamecube game I wrote, "Nook is a crook, he stole my cookbook. Look!" I was young... It became an inside joke with my brother so we quote it constantly when talking about Animal Crossing haha.

I started drawing zebras on peoples' bulletin boards very early on, so I also made it my own first post! I think there are like 15 islands that have one of these. They're a total pain to draw but I've since gotten slightly better at making these, haha. I'd improve my own one, but then it wouldn't be the first message anymore...

Originally I wrote rules for people that visit (this wasn’t on the first day though (not sure when I did this tbh), when I was just getting back to trading and was a bit nervous about about it. I ended up deleting it since I had no issues and now feel comfortable trading.

I finally wrote a message on a friend’s bulletin board yesterday. He cycles villagers and two villagers he cycled he knew i liked so he made graves for them I think to get me going. Yesterday he sent me broken glasses which were on my wishlist with attached in the note: Lolly’s glasses. So i ended up writing two messages on his board. The first was a warning to his villagers of the miscreant’s offenses and plans for them once he got their pictures; the second was just a happy holiday greeting.

I'm pretty sure I wrote mine after I got stung by wasps for the second time in a row while shaking trees early game (two wasps for two trees was really bad luck on my part haha) and it went something like "what the f%#* is up with wasps huh"
