Who taught these people how to parent? I know for a fact you NEVER tell your kid that they’re too young to know certain things. You haven’t studied the bible enough so you can’t say you’re non-religious. You’re a virgin so you don’t know your sexuality. You don’t know your gender identity because you’re young and it’s “just hormones”. Those are all things I’ve been told recently and I’m ****ing sick of it. It’s normal for things like that to change, but that’s not something you tell your stressed teen who’s come to you for advice. You’re supposed to support them, right? Tell me I’m not crazy.

idk if it's just me of if all the food in our house is going bad (which I honestly wouldn't be surprised about at this point), but everything tastes kinda icky to me today

in the sims freeplay, why do all the tasks in the "back to the wall" quest take 2 hours or more?? who takes 57 minutes to throw a tantrum and then two hours to clean up the trash can you kicked over after throwing said tantrum. it sucks even more because completing this quest unlocks so many things in the game, but this is just taking so unbearably long.

love when my dad gets mad at me when i bring up any concerns that i might have. god forbid i worry about my non-verbal sibling having glasses that are way too small for him.

and he wonders why i was more willing to fail a subject then ask my own classroom teachers for help when i was younger. it took me years to learn that people aren't going to call me stupid and rip my face off when i ask for help for something. i still struggle with it today anyways so...

I had to get another tooth pulled. This time, it was much worse in tooth decay. Good thing I got it done in time, but I’m now one less tooth.

I better brush my teeth for now on. I did get better this year, but I should’ve done this a long time ago.

Spoiler: Stuff about my mom

We didn't even get to see my mom today. We got to the hospital but the doctors are/have been doing some tests, so we couldn't visit her. At least I got to see some of my family members...
Also, my sore throat has gotten worse and I have a splitting headache. I still have to go to school tomorrow, which I personally think isn't a good idea considering my circumstances.
I'm hanging in there, but it's pretty hard. I just wanna go to bed.

My period makes me so dysphoric. It reminds me that I’m a woman and will never not be a woman. I feel weird going into woman’s restrooms but I have to because my mom and friend are always nearby. My only escape is when I go in Starbucks and I tell them my name is “Blue.”

My friend also has a disability and her calling me my deadname all the time is annoying. She’s also been passive aggressive lately and I don’t want to be rude back since she has a disability, but that doesn’t give her an excuse to be an ass. I may be responding in an angry tone whenever she says my deadname but I know she won’t understand the whole non-binary thing so I just keep my mouth shut.

Not sure how I'm going to sleep because unexpected anxiety came up and despite trying to be calm, I can tell I'm still a bit uneasy. The thing that caused it isn't even resolved either...
The worst part is I really need sleep right now because I barely got any just to watch the Nintendo Direct.

Sometimes I think I try to hard to make friendships work. At what point do I just stop trying to message them if they rarely reply if ever? I’m not annoying but I’ll send a message here and there, even asking if they’re okay. They read but never reply. They say they aren’t much of a texter but this doesn’t seem worth it to me. Plus, it makes me feel like we aren’t as close as I thought. But when she does reply she’s very sweet and in person, she’s into our conversations. This whole thing is confusing.
