What's the "wifi rating" ?

Hello everyone !
I'm French and a newbie on the site, and there's something I don't understand. So I ask you aswers :
- What's the wifi rating ?
- how do you mark the rating of someone else ?
- what is it for ?

Wi-fi ratings let you know whether that person is trustworthy or not. You get them when you trade or go to other people's towns. You can give someone either a positive, negative, or a neutral rating by going to their profile, click Wi-fi rating, and click "Submit feedback".

When you do a trade with somebody, you can rate them positively, negatively, or neutrally.

To give someone a rating, go onto their profile and click the 'wi-fi' tab. Click 'submit feedback' and fill the form out.

Rating is a form of 'proof' as to how trustworthy someone is.
