usually it will be something unhealthy, have a sweet tooth but find when i snack i usually go for savoury, salty foods like crisps or popcorn. another favourite is anything with hummus, often breadsticks or cheese twists or a piece of toast.

rarely i’ll snack on something healthy, more often in summer when i fancy something more refreshing i snack on fruits, usually grapes as find them quick and easy to eat.

what about, fruit snacks
 
I crave salty and crunchy things, so unfortunately chips. I also like salty sweet, like chocolate covered pretzels.
 
I'm trying to avoid junk food at the moment, so usually I'll eat apples, berries, pinapples, peaches, broccoli, celery, greek yogurt, or sunflower seeds in the day. If I get hungry before I got to sleep, I usually just eat light food like a few crackers or greek yogurt so I don't gain wait or get heartburn/stomach issues.
 
I typically go for junk.. but I'm trying to kick the junk food habit, so I've been eating sunflower seeds, pistachios, etc! ^_^ Or a healthy sandwich c:
 
If I’m being “good” I LUV the everything pretzel crisps with Cajun pepper Turkey and provolone on them. Grapes. I swear, I live on grapes. Honeycrisp apple slices with peanut butter, pear applesauce if I can find it (it’s GREEN!!!) and popcorners kettle corn chips.
 
try some pecans! Theyre delicious and it fills the belly with energy. Maybe a little salt would be nice, not necessary tho
 
I'd eat whatever is available. I prefer chips, although I'm trying to avoid junk food altogether. So I guess bread works.
 
Particularly something that will give me a small sugar boost and keep me going just a little bit longer throughout the day. Often times it will be some kind of chocolate treat/bar or an oat bar.
 
i try to go for something like fruit or yogurt, but if i feel like having a snack and it's more of a craving, i've been trying to allow myself to have what i'm craving, but pairing it with something nutritious. that way i'm not eating a bunch of other stuff to avoid eating something that'll probably give into anyways
 
My most common snack these days are crackers and cheese! I prefer savoury food overall so it's perfect for me. Although it's less common, and depends if I ever have them lying around, I will sometimes have cookies or chips. And of course I'll go for fruit, usually apples, grapes, clementines or tangerines when I feel like I need something healthier and refreshing.
 
Usually chocolate/crisps/cheesestrings just something easy that’s actually gluten free
 
I usually go with fruits or nuts when i'm at home. They're not always practical to bring with me when I'm going out so sometimes i'll resort to protein bars or glucose tabs.
 
Usually some type of candy or some type of chips. Sometimes i eat whatever fruit i have available to me as well
 
I like to snack on M&Ms, though I try to keel it moderate since I don't want to eat too much sugar. I also really like fruits, like bananas and peaches and strawberries 😊
