But since 'manga' isn't a part of your question, I'll go with my favorite tv series: The Walking Dead ;p

The title I'm about to suggest is a thriller (perhaps also horror?.) Horror rarely gave me nightmares but this movie did. It's an old movie called Cube. I was doing math in my nightmares, because you see, there was a possibility that the difference between life or death was a complex math problem.

What is your favourite mystery/horror themed movie/book/TV series/game? If you've never played the Professor Layton games you have to! They're mystery with puzzles and the music is quirky. The animation is really interesting too. Awesome story so it's basically like a book



My favorite part of your town was the Gazebo!! It was hard to choose though because your town was unlike any other I've seen before. I even got lost trying to find my way back to the bed xD

I LOVE everything horror <333(I'm obsessed with Halloween etc) My favorite horror series has to be Saw. Haters gonna hate, but I loved all 7 movies. Bring on the blood!

but i just want o say that i'd visited your town several times even before you hold this giveaway 8D
I must say that it's really beautiful and inspiring, definitely my favorite town! really love your home decor in japanese style <3
and about mystery/horror i really love any manga by junji itou. his manga is just awesome and really freaky (my favorites are uzumaki and the enigma of amigara fault)
i like shintaro kago's manga too, but it's more ero-guro than horror vu v
by mystery do you mean ghost/detective mystery?
if it's detective mystery besides reading the classic agatha christie and sherlock holmes novels, recently i've been trying to buy/read japanese mystery/detective novel too
some japanese novel that i'd bought/read are tokyo zodiac murder, the devils' whisper, out and the hunter.

What is your favourite mystery/horror themed ANYTHING: I am a massive fan of Arthur Conan-Doyle so anything Sherlock themed makes me happy! On the genre of horror (I'm rubbish with horror films) I can't stand the Paranormal Activity films, I saw the first one at the cinema, I'll never make that mistake again!

Probably the Ringu (リング) series. I've loved it since I was younger. Disliked the remakes though.

Scariest movie as a kid would be The Excorcist, Favs- Stephen King's It, The Shining, The Lost Boys, Saw, The Omen, Carrie, All the Nightmare Before Elm Streets, and OMG I can NOT believe I forgot The Silence of the Lambs!!!!!!!
It rubs the lotion on its skin or else it gets the hose again!!!

My favorite Horror, hmmmm let me think.. I don't really go around looking for Horror so that's a bit hard, but I guess it would be a lot of the short stories Cry reads on YouTube, on his Cryaotic channel. He is very good at reading out loud and creating a good atmosphere with his voice. "Symmetry" was the one where I actually had to lie down to stop shaking afterwards, heh.
