Imo: he didn't want either Dolby/Ness to be elected because they both sound really selfish which I really understand Toad's side they find them both suspicious so he decided to campaign to prevent this happening I think he had a scummy vibe for both of them at first but now we all know Ness' hints he has his own reason it make sense for him but he doesn't trust Dolby because of this wincon "They will if one of them gets elected" i think some of us have vague info about them, a mason but wincon is one of them get elected seems pretty odd
maybe some of us didn't read the thread fully cuz of the server errors and **** anyway i need to go and sorry my post seems really rush af
