Does Charmander have the move smokescreen?

Because I beat Moltres with the combo - bubble, smokescreen, bubble, ember

I had a Squirtle and Cyndaquil.

I just beat Moltres, and Articuno today! HA! The only way to beat them is to have really good moves linked together, and have a move that can paralize the foe. Try to never let Moltres hit you, because he can probably kill you in two hits if he uses Fire spin. So, Paralize, then hit him with all you've got! When the parilization wears off, Paralize him again! Or put him to sleep. Then continue. Use this same mehtod for Articuno.
