I was concerned about how 3rd party would be counted for the purposes of a mis-lynch this game, but Survivor is definitely not considered Town under normal circumstances. Since Tina clarified that a ML can only occur if the player is Town (so, not just able to win with Town, they must specifically *be* Town themselves), that worry is null now.

Panda herself has claimed Survivor and I don't see any world where a Town!Panda would pretend to be 3rd party when we're at LYLO and will lose if we ML again.. it would be game-throwing if she were to do it, actually, as she would be acting against her Win / Con in that scenario. Which she wouldn't do.

So. She is either legitimately 3rd party, or else Mafia. Either way, she's not Town.

No. Third party = a third "faction" or alignment. Town vs Mafia is two factions, or two alignments. Third party can be neutral, like Panda is claiming here, as Survivor is a role that can win with either Town or Mafia, so long as the player themselves stays alive until the end of the game. Third party can also be hostile, such as a Serial Killer, and they have their own Win / Con.

EBWOP : Third parties always have their own Win / Cons, some are just more benign towards other factions (Town and Mafia) than others.

I replaced Locket so Locket was the doc before me and I was told that she did no action N1. The person I protected last night was not shot at so I don't see the point in revealing who it was. That would just give mafia ideas of who to kill

In that case she would still be considered third-party and lynching her wouldn't hurt us.

Tina said that a lynch is only a mislynch if it is on a town member, not a third-party member

The lynched player must be aligned with the town for it to be considered a mislynch. A non-town death is not a mislynch. I cannot be more specific than this.
