Simple odds tells us that only 20% of so-called "deadweights" will be mafia, fair and simple. I have enough faith in those players anyway to get the obvious scum. And really, if a player is playing differently than how they normally play, we simply call them out now. Yes, I have seen deadweight players slip by probably dozens of times at any rate to endgame, but said players aren't really capable of ending the game in victory by themselves(without other skaters also present). The simple truth is, we have a greater chance of lynching scum if we lynch somebody who we actually debate over, and we get more information than the old system of "X is useless, let's just get him out of the way". Everybody agrees, you have a practically unanimous vote, and there is less to distinguish scum from town.
Heck, even the issue of skaters is honestly less of a thing than before. We've had games were the majority of scum were lynched in the last three days, despite the town's composition being worse than average, because those players are simply better than back when you played on here
