“Cousin! Want to come take a look at some art?”

This look is inspired by Redd! I aimed to capture the essence of a fox while keeping the face human, resulting in using shades of orange, white, and black to make details. Fox eyes are important! I concentrated on the upper half of the face to make the eyes pop. Redd in the game is quite plain, with only a little loincloth protecting his privates, so this makeup look is completed with two hoop earrings and a bandana, also giving a nod to his pirate like tendencies in New Horizons.

This makeup look was inspired by Gloria!! The lineart has purple hair, light-blue eyeshadow and a very light pink lipstick to match gloria's look. Gloria was always one of my favorite villagers so it was a pleasure to make a makeup look based of her :3

my makeup look is loosely inspired by pekoe!
instead of trying to make it just look like her, i mostly stuck with the vibes she's always given me. the pink hair ties (ear ties??) around her ears have always reminded me of sakura flowers, which are my absolute favorite, so i went with a sakura motif, along with black hair and some prominent black eyeliner to contrast all the light pink and make things pop.

it's inspired by flick and the bugs in acnh, especially the butterflies which are some of my fav! i wanted to show off the colourful-ness of the game too so i picked all diff colour bugs

I tried to keep the make-up moderate, like something that a human intern would wear to match with the Dodos! (So there is, for example, no extra blue or yellow blush.) The black earring mirrors the headsets and the iconic red" flight-attendant scarf" mirrors the bowties of the Dodos.

Here’s my look based on Cobb. I think he’s really underrated, so I made this as tribute to him! I don’t have any digital art skills and didn’t want to show my real face, so I hope this isn’t too basic! I really tried The clips on his head (not bloody gashes lol) are supposed to represent his cute ears. And the little baby hairs are there bc they remind me of his curly tail The choker he’s wearing is flannel patterned like his shirt in New Horizons. I love his yellow tinted shades so I had to include those as well.

When I think of an Animal Crossing villager with makeup Lopez is the first to come to mind. He's the beautiful deer shat showed up in my campsite one day and inspired me to restart the game and make a deer themed island. Sadly I let him go in favor of another villager because his blue snout made him look like he had a bad case of hypothermia and it was kind of sad to look at I was originally going to give his human counterpart some blue-ish lipstick but found an alternative that looked a little truer to the character.

Colouring was stressing me out but I did my best on illustrator in the time I had left haha. I based my makeup look on Brewster. I used the eyes to recreate his colour palette. I used the tips of the hair and mustache to recreate the colours of his feathers and the brown streak and freckles are meant to be like coffee going down the face!

I made katrina my basis, with the base of the face, lips, eye shadow, and eyebrows/lashes being her standard colors. then I added some stuff on top to try to give it a sorta outer space aesthetic. the hair is simply red to match up with her headwear, and I added the star and moon earrings for a final cosmictic touch

Seriously I wouldn't know what to do with make-up in real life. It's inspired by Octavian my favorite neighbor.

For my make-up, I was inspired by Octavian, my favorite neighbor. The hair is of the color of his head and tentacles in Animal Crossing New Life, with a bandage shaped hairpin like he has on the back of his head. The vivid red blush is of the color of the character in Animal Crossing New Horizon, the yellowish blush is the same as on his cheeks, for the eye shadow I tried to imitate the shape of his angry eyebrows and for the lips I used the same colors as his mouth/beak.

Idk anything about makeup so I just wanted to try making more of a face art? x) Coulda probably been better but I had to be a lil fast,,,

Since entries needed a connection to Animal Crossing, I tried to figure out something from AC that means a lot to me. I thought about all the hours I'd sunk in New Leaf when I was younger; I thought about the visual representation of that time spent playing… the tree you plant at the very beginning of the game. I remembered how I was eager to see it grow, and how much I wanted the huge, last growth stage :'D

So while this art is far from what I envisioned (maybe I'll be able to achieve it one day, who knows?), I'm still proud of myself for making something pretty-- cause yeah, when you zoom in it's really nice! and when you zoom out it looks dumb but we just won't think about that

The tree uses the nose as its trunk, and the doodles on the cheeks kinda loosely represent time passing (sun/moon/cloud) and the growth of the tree/my love for the game (the lil spirals that could look like hearts) :)

For my makeup look, I did one inspired by Celeste! I made the winged eyeliner look like her wings, and I incorporated little star-like specks on the eyeshadow. I tried to make the eye look sparkly, the way she stares at the sky! I used lots of shimmery highlighter to accentuate the cheeks, tip of the nose, and under the eyebrows. To mimic the markings on her face-feathers, I added rhinestones along the shape of the eyelid! For the lip I wanted something more along the lines of a light, natural gloss. Lots of blush as well, since Celeste's cheeks are rosy! For accessories, I added metal star hairclips, constellation earrings (with an accent moon on one ear), and a ribbon choker necklace resembling Celeste's hair bow!

This look is based off of Kyle. His look is rather simple, but it makes sense for the fact that he's based off the alternative rock look. All one really needs to pull off such a look is dark eyeliner, intense colored eyeshadow, and striking lipstick, the color based on Kyle's muzzle. Piercings, highlights in the hair, a necklace and a popped collar to accent the look further.

stu was my inspo ! i love him to bits bc we're a lot alike. stu is a lazy villager with a nature hobby and an urban house interior.

his color combo is delightfully unique and bold - dark pure blue, lt blue, poppy yellow, soothing orange and a little peachy pink. i challenged myself to make this look lazy friendly so it takes under 20 min, start to finish & uses only 3 eyeshadows and some eyeliner, that's it ! (yes i did put eyeshadow on my lashes haha. tis the lazy way ). the style is street fashion/scene wear influenced, forward thinking

Here's my entry......... I'm very bad at makeup and I honestly had no idea about what I should be doing except Jambette so here you go..
Jambette is one of my favorite characters because of how "weird" she looks. I love her blue eyeshadow and her huuuuge lips... I just want to knwo what wne trough the mind of the person who came up with her design. She fascinates me so much, I'm so sorry to present this atrocity to this world...
(I STRUGGLED to do this liner so please be kind jofgldkmlù i'm so bad at this.... thanks to my bf for supporting me through the whole process of creating this monstruosity)

inspired everyones favourite stargazer, celeste!
since its a makeup look I wanted to make it something like what celeste could wear if she was a human... so I tried to make the eye makeup look like a galaxy!

this look is inspired by two sheep: Vesta and Etoile. ive never played any other Animal Crossing game except for NH so i knew who Vesta was. because of the polls i got to see Etoile when i looked her up. theyre both sheep and they both pretty cool so i did this to show that no matter who you choose, you all get one sheep in the end! also TIL that Vesta is a goddess and Etoile is French.

Super last minute, but I wanted to pay homage to a super underrated NPC in the AC world: Sabel She’s such a hard worker and devoted family member, and I wanted a look that would show a more glamorous version of her simple, yet timeless look. The hair colour is based on the colour of her quills. I added a streak to the hair to give it a more casual feel, while still maintaining the professional feel expected at a tailor’s shop. The eyeshadow matches Sabel’s signature orange makeup, with a hint of dark brown eye-liner and mascara to tie the look back to her overall appearance. The lip gloss matches the colour of Sabel’s pink gingham apron. Finally, freckles were added, since Sabel has a small number of freckles over her nose.
