Yeah could be and has been removed so.
Tho there are still fakemons that totally looks like acnl villagers. Fakemon is fake lol never seen audino with long tail etc but oh well.

it's a pokemon designing contest though, i thought basing mine off a villager would be cute and quirky but u just kinda outright stole a pokemon. no hate, just defending my own one lol, i get what u're saying but u could have pulled it off better (i mean it was a cute drawing but maybe distinguish it from audino a bit more). sry if this isn't relevant to this thread or i seem like a hypocrite, just felt kinda bad about my own entry now (i even said on discord after i posted it that maybe i should have went with a different idea) oh well i'm sure they'll let me know if i need to redo it.. sry : (

Pok?mon Name: Cawcawfee
Types (Fighting, Fire/Psychic, etc): Dark
Ability: Triple Expresshot
Region: Kalos
Based on (cat, mouse, candle, etc): bird, coffee, Brewster as a hipster teenager
Description:
Cawcawfee a cross between a bird and a coffeemaker. It's beak resembles a take-out coffee cup. It's stomach resembles a coffee maker and you can see exactly how much coffee is inside of the Cawcawfee. Once it's stomach is empty, Cawcawfee will need time to rest before using it's special attacks again. Most Cawcawfee's cover their stomachs with an apron or other apparel so enemies can't see when they're about to run out of the ability to use their special attacks. Each Expresshot attack has a random microfoam art design. The average Cawcawfee can produce up to 200 different latte art designs. The coffee flavor can depend on the Cawcawfee's mood, if it's angry the coffee will be bitter, but if it's happy the coffee will be sweet.

Description: Brave, fearlessly and really smart these are the main characteristics of Fulgonis, a dragon/electric type Pok?mon. He can store magnetic energy from his wings and horns just like a lightning rod and turn in electricity; these electrical energy can be released from his sky-blue cheek and tail.
On days with a lot of magnetic energy in the air, his wings can shine with the colours of an Aurora borealis.

I think the issue is that you didnt note at all that it was inspired by audino anywhere and just said it was based on a dog, which audino isn't either.

Here's mine, a strange rabbit-like thing with no arms and some electric things protruding out of its forehead.

Based on (cat, mouse, candle, etc): A rabbit
Description: Stabite are often found in areas where thunderstorms are common. They use their antennae to collect electricity and use it to their advantage. Touching the sharp tips of their antennae is known to give an electric shock and their rough tails and cheek tufts feel static to the touch.

Region: Arcano (fan-made region)
Based on (cat, mouse, candle, etc): Lion/Dragon
Description: Penumbra is a legend from a distant region and is one of the protectors of the area. It has a number of shrines built in his honor because he is said to drive away evil.
It has a fascination with mankind and with test humans for worthiness, focusing on traits such as selflessness and loyalty. However if one fails its test, they are doomed.

This claim has yet to be proven, however.

Description: This magical looking cat is a rare breed of Skitty. It was created by a group of Hex Maniac with magic a long time ago, to create a more powerful version of their favorite little cat pokemon. They never created many so nowadays they are really rare and most of them are mixed with normal skittys again. Sometimes you can find a skitty with a little magic inside of them in the wild, but this rare breed can only be found in the deepest forests. They help normal skittys with their magic a lot, thats why they are protected by them. They don't like humans and will run away from them or use their magic to escape.
