You can get an event legendary which is given to you (eg.Shaymin) with whatever nature you want. It's not set.

If you save infront of the guy in the pokemart, then save, the collect your pokemon you can just kept reseting the game with L+R+A+B (I think that's the DS one) until you get one you want.
